While I don't mind raw vegan recipes, I just transitioned but my husbad is soooo reluctant and pessimistic about the vegan lifestyle. I thin this will help us transition off the cow quicker! Hi Chef Joya, great video! However, I recently bought your cookbook and noticed that the Mac & cheese recipe you used in the video is different than the one in the cookbook. Is one better than the other? Can we substitute the tapioca starch for the arrowroot flour? And the oat milk for the cashew milk? if he were to use the vegan sour cream should we reduce the amount of milk the written recipe calls for? Or should we just follow the written recipe as is?

2024, Now, that mac and cheese looks good. 😋 I make a good old-fashioned mac-cheese, and yours look close to mine. I've seen someone try to create your recipe. No ma'ma! I refused to eat it. They kept saying it's good, if that were ture. Why was the whole pan left after six days. It wasn't your mac and cheese. 😅

No shade but the food you cook is really unhealthy. The amount of processed ingredients are a big no! Sugar, salt and vegetable oil. All of this gonna give you high blood sugar, heart disease and obesity.
