me and my ex girlfriend split up last august. the first four months was difficult. Then i started working on myself and i realised she didn't appreciate me. i went all in on fitness and improving my bag. learn to love yourself :)

My ex left me 4 months ago and she's on her 3rd new boyfriend. A few days ago she started posting about "low-key reminiscing about last year" (we dated all last year) and had all the pictures of one of our vacations up. She even reached out for a book she left when she moved out. At first I wanted her back but after a few months of clarity I realized that she took me for granted and couldn't replace me like she thought. Taking the time to really work on myself has drastically changed my view on my value and the relationship.

Hi my ex reached out to me after about 1 month no contact, and asked about how I am and that he does not want bad blood between us, he also asked if I’m seeing someone now, could that be a positive sign?

Mine seems to have got worse as time has passed. Would say hello coldly but cordially at work but months on has started running and hiding when he sees me - @Vincentbos what is all that about?!!

Something has shifted in his mindset unfortunately, but this could be due to various reasons. I would have to discuss this in depth to give a reasonable theory.

@@Rick-xq5mu it’s really odd isn’t it? Maybe the fact I’ve slimmed down, looking fit and healthier than ever and dressing up for work might have done it? Who knows? Maybe it’s the start of regret kicking in. I’m not sure
