Trump lies by instinct even when it does not make him look good or get him out of a jam. The veterans choice program. I had a friend of mine say that I should be thanking Trump because as a veteran he, Trump, gave me the veterans choice and when I explained that I have been using that program since Obama signed it into law and he went silent.
