The show's birth, as described by Barbara (a veteran Vought scientist), was very similar to what was depicted in the comics (with many medical staff killed or injured).

Any infant whose born just like Homelander, would just be like Homelander. The stress of the baby would cause it to fly up in the air, laser out the staff as Homelander would. Why? Babies during birth are highly stressed, crying, etc... coupled with V, bad things would just be all over.

Well, in the show, we know Soldier Boy and Stormfront (Liberty back then) hooked up at some point, so eeehhh, not too far off

it's stormfront's DNA + handicapped woman + loads of V injected directly into the fetus. Obviously super-beings are pure fiction so argueing this is a complete waste of mental power, but I don't think this would happen at all tbh. Not in a western nation.
