If you were an anime game fan during 2016-2020 you had it rough

this game is basically shinobi striker meets black clover it’s actually really fun i wish it got loved

The game got so little advertisement and was trapped on PS4.

As a fan of the series, I've been playing the mobile game for a while now. But I really do hope Black Clover gets a proper console game that captures the spirits of the series.

Felt like we hadn't had an magic anime game, we had witch academia & fairy tail but an open world genre

I really like the skits you put for each of the chapter title cards

It's funny in that having been binging the anime recently I can actually see a lot of improvement overtime, it's still very tropey but the animation goes from middling to bad especially with the CG early on which is just inexcusable to actually pretty good, the jump from the Mars fight with the infamously bad CG to the Vetto fight is night and day in terms of quality. Hopefully if they try another game they can match it in terms of most improved, TBH they could also make a Musou game sure they're formulaic but they're fun kinda a good metaphor for the series, standard and tropey but fun nontheless.

I actually liked the game, it was a decent fun and had original anime cutscenes that even got a manga adaptation, l think I just enjoyed how movement felt and sound design was cool, art style is awful tough, Black clover M came out a while ago and that is how you should translate Black clover art style into 3D, not these awful 3D models, in general it's a fun game if you can find it for dirt cheap

Theres a reason ppl forgot about it its cus it wasnt really a good game start for black clover a hack and slash wouldve done it justice or an open world wouldve set the bar higher the least it could go is the turn based (like its mobile version did) or have it be like an rpg which would make alot of sense but no... they went with this capture the flag or defend this base/item mechanic in the game from wat i saw the gameplay of... its no wonder it didnt get another console game when it really started to heat up with the spade kingdom arc (spoiler if u dont know it for whoever reads this) so much potential was there but sadly bandai again just tosses away good ideas and makes bad ones like they always do

seems like that DBBT are the only successful anime games

They should of used all the assets in this game on something else

This is pretty much a bland and forgettable game that fails to capture the imagination.
