The Bloemfontein Coin Fair, 2023!

Күн бұрынThe first coin fair in recent history was held on 6 May 2023 in Bloemfontein at the Windmill Casino. Dealers, collectors and inquisitive people attended the fair from far and wide. It was an enormous success and a privilege to cover!
The show was organised by Juan Terblanche from Bloemfontein Numismatics.

...definitely. Not sure when the Johannesburg coin show would be, but it was so amazing covering this one, that I'll definitely try and cover as many as I can afford to attend.

Another great video thanks, John Keogh (a very Irish name) was very fresh for 82 years. I enjoyed your chat with the boy, and the subtitles added were spot on. If your ever in Dublin time it to coincide with the Coin & Stamp fair at the (RDS) Royal Dublin Society. Cheers

Your best bet is a facebook group like saccg. I'm only interested in graded union coins, ms63 and higher.

Disappointed with the showing of the show, like to have seen some of the coins, Kruger ponds, and other south African coins.

It's unfortunate that you didn't see them. There were plenty at Coinguy's and Bassani's stalls.

@@penniesshillings But that is just the point, they did not. They just showed a load of rubbish, nothing of interest to numismatist, but bullion.
