I just bought one. 1966 GMC Suburban 4x4....and I just bought the original 3 row seats also. It's a work in progress. Nice video made me go outside and sit inside my beautiful beast.

Love it. I learned how to drive three-on-the-tree in 1990 in my first car, a '68 Ford f-100 straight 6, rwd only. My wife and I now have a '63 gmc carry all with a chevy 350, rwd that needs work. I can't wait to get the thing on the road. The previous owner/s down the line dropped it from its stock height a couple of inches, gave it a ridiculous rat rod long shifter to the automatic tranny. It had a column shifter to the auto trans. I would like to get that back sometime. I don't care if it has an original engine. I was thinking of adding a Mercedes 5 cylinder turbo diesel to power it.

Nice. I want one with a 453t Detroit diesel. All the 4x4 parts should mount right up. Except I would use a Clark 5 speed
