Boomerang X's NG+ is the real meat, so i would advise for people to not be afraid of the game being short - NG+ is basically the second half of it and it would take you longer then the main campaign, real fun this one

Boomerang X, huh? Boomerang X sure looks like quite a neat game. I'm not sure if Boomerang X is exactly my cup of tea, so to speak. But I think a lot of other people can get quite a kick out of Boomerang X. I saw a certain someone stream Boomerang X last week, and it certainly does look like intense fun... So maybe I will give Boomerang X a go, someday... Then I can say "I played Boomerang X", or better yet, I can say "I completed Boomerang X". Maybe I'll even like it enough to say "I completed Boomerang X's New Game Plus". I'll certainly have to think about Boomerang X before I really decide, of course. Good to see you made a video for Boomerang X. It sure sounds like you enjoyed Boomerang X quite a lot, as well! Good luck with Boomerang X's New Game Plus!

@@happygofishing7590 That's why I said "CONSOLE exclusive," but to be fair I can see how that wording can be confusing (I was basically using the same wording Microsoft uses when a game like Gears 5 is "Xbox console exclusive" since it also has a PC version).

I wrote A FUCKING LOT and YT decide to just delete everything so just fast TL;DR Boomerang is a name for rightly/properly made curved stick that is used as a ranged hunting weapon, they coming back is mostly a pop culture thing. The thing in this game is just a shuriken, and it can't be called boomerang because "it comes back", when historically accurate boomerangs did not come back at all.

Nope nope nope. One thing that drives me nuts is the current push of early access super low resolution, low polygon count games that look like they came out in 1990. Graphics are going backwards. If I want a simple game that's still fun to play I'll stick with og doom, quake, Duke Nukem3D, ect.🤔 Oh and to the cry comments: no I like new games done in simple styles, Cryofall for instance, just not ' everything should run on cheap hardware. ' If I wanted to game on a raspberry pi then I'd do that. But preference for better graphics & or game design isn't a bad thing. Peace.

This trend has brought excellent games like Dusk and Ultrakill. In my opinion these are the kinds of games that more people will enjoy, since lower detail = better performance in cheap computers. To be honest if you want ultra hd 4k graphics just buy AAA games that don't care about storage space, limited hardware and so on.

it doesn't look like that in the slightest, and it also doesn't look like low effort unity garbage a-la ultrakill either, genuinely looks cool visually i think you're just trying to force it into a set of things you hate to expand your collection when it doesn't fit

It doesn't look like a game from the 90's to me. Because it has an art direction that isn't photorealism doesn't mean it looks dated.
