Congrats Chef sa re-opening! Namiss ko tuloy yun Sarsa sa UP town center, Nalungkot talaga ako nun nagsara kayo ng pandemic. Mahilig rin ako mag luto and I eat at your restaurant to get some inspiration. Lagi ko tlaga nirerecomend ang Sarsa, lalo na pag may balik bayan ako kapamilya or kaibigan, sobrang nasarapan talaga sila.

I went to your restaurant a couple of days ago when we visited the Philippines . The best tortang talong I've ever had better than the Michelin star Filipino restaurant in the U.S . saludo kami sayo chef JP . Sabor Filipino at it's best.
