In season 2 you could tell she has just started doing it. Only thing I could tell was that she was a little skinnier and her lips were bigger than they were in season 1. But season 3 was a big difference and season 4 looks like it will be an even bigger difference from her original appearance in season 1.

She looks a bit better in her recent photos on Instagram and stuff although I still don't understand why she would get anything done to her face besides maybe a small amount of lip filler, IMHO. She also got obvious breast implants as well. I understand why she might've wanted to get a boob job as her natural breasts were quite small, like an A cup and maybe some lip filler but everything else she had was a huge mistake. It's absolutely tragic because she would have looked a lot more attractive simply by gaining like 10-20 pounds.
