The most unrealistic thing in this movie is the fact that the kids have iPhone. In Korea almost all products are Samsung brand, especially the phones.

Guys this kdrama is based on the webtoon/manhwa named weak hero( worth reading). They changed how the story unfolds but the conclusion is tbe same like his friend betraying him and other one going to COMA. Also I'll recommend you to watch Death's game, it's also based on a webtoon but it's really intense and fulfilling. Go for it
