That introduction was so deep, whenever i read the distraction of Jerusalem ( Great Controversy chapter one) I shed tears just because of how God loves humanity, how patient and how He wishes that no one perish but that everyone is saved.... The message of the gospel and the rejection is our personal relationship with Jesus, over and over, we reject Him through our constant disobedience and our rebellion over and over again, their rejection is a reflection of our own rejection When we sin!

@buterajohnson, while I agree with you, I don't think, from my observation, the time will allow for a Q&A. Each speaker has 10 minutes to summarize the lesson for their allocated day, except for the first speaker. If you have any questions about the week's lesson, you can submit them to 3ABN so they can answer them through their Q&A program, a separate program that answers general questions about the Bible from their viewers. If 3ABN sees fit to create another Q&A program specifically for the Sabbath School Quarterly lessons, they may, depending on the number and type of questions that come through. That being said, we can always bring our Q&As to our local churches where we attend and ask these questions during our Sabbath School lesson discussions. And if we are not satisfied, we can see our local church pastors for guidance. And if still not satisfied, we can pray for God to help us understand His Word, which really is the FIRST option always. I hope this helps. (:

How is it that during our study of the Bible, we never include slavery of Africans and the Belgium King who killed the people of Congo. It is time that we stop overlooking pain and suffering of only a few people. Could it be that we don't see all life as equal.

Some things are so deeply embedded in our hearts, that even when certain truths are brought to light, it seems unnecessary to focus on. It's sad, that any attempt to point that out, comes across as intending to judge, or to cause conflict. However, the truth is the truth. Could we say that the slavery experience is ever mentioned with a deep concern and sadness, even in our denomination, the same as with the holocaust!! I'm so thankful for that time where God would've cleansed us from all the dross. Yes, we can see There's a deep cleaning that still has to be done in God's remnant. He's still working on me, and you.
