Love hearing your stories on these vintage saws. Would like to see you do 1/2hr + videos on old saws and talk about how they cut compared to others, if they were reliable or what failed etc etc. Basically like this video but longer with more stories.

wow...I still use my homelite 360 on a weekly basis...i was having bogging issues at top end...i ended up resetting my high low and idle screws...i ended up setting my high and low screws 1 full turn out from seated and works perfectly now

Thank you! I have a nice 360 that I just got done replacing the intake boot and crank seals on. It felt kinda slow to me when I was testing it but the one in this video seems to be running the same, so I'm guessing it's normal for those.

Where can I find a coil or acceptable replace t coil for this saw. I have one and loved it when it ran.

just bought a 360 at yard sale ten bucks. guy said pull rope broke which it did took it apart replaced rope but now having trouble figuring out which way to wind it up. not the coil but the rope. any thoughts or maybe a video?

Take the side panel off of the flywheel then spin the shaft that is hooked to the coil around or pre wrap the rope then install it

Which model bar and chain? I can't find an Oregon replacement. What chain would you recommend for a 24" bar, if I can find one. Thank you!

Has anyone found a source for the intake boots that always rip, I've got a few homesites that are in good shape other than the deteriorated boot

Hello Nice vidéo thanks Can i ask you what is the bar do you it on the 360? Does it suit it stock or do you have to fit it ? Modifying oiling holes etc? Thanks a lot Louis

My dad has this saw and LOVES it! Recently, it began gushing oil when running. What's more, it's NOT lubing the chain. He'd like to repair it, but we don't know where to start. If it WASN'T pumping, I'd say it's the pump. Any advice appreciated.

exhaust wraps around TWO SIDES of cylinder causing overheating. MAD IGNITION blocks other 2 SIDES. poor oil delivery BURNS UP CHAINS & BARS, DESIGNED IN rubbish intake boot causes OVERHEATING as it cracks= DESIGNED TO FAIL = lots of money to DEALER
