Turned out sweet. It must have been tough to ride with backwards steering. It would be interesting to know if it's very good to ride just ripping around not trying to jump. Looking forward to seeing another video.

Yamaha and kawi steer opposite directions. Youll need footstraps or footholds at a minimum. I'd cut 10" or more off that pole and weld it back together, figure out a shorter steering cable. A good setup wake from 2 couches might get you more than 180 around but probably not with a stock exhaust. Cool build but more hack job than anything

When ya going riding again? I wanna see a backflip attempt so bad! I am starting a rotax 720 swap into my 300sx. I have a 300sx and a donor Seadoo GS. 85hp and sketchy 😎

Fiberglass needs to be faired/primed/ painted.. keeping water out

Pole is way too long, it fighting against you. Hard to tell in the video, but I'd guess atleast 6"+ too long. Ideally a adjustable tube pole would work best, like rrp, aura, thrust, wcp etc. Interesting steel bracket for the pipe.

Is it a situation of will "it flip", or "can you actually flip"? Not trying to be butt, but have you ever done a flip on a ski?

It's definitely harder then it looks! I could only rotate to land on my head on my buddy's ski. It was only a small boat wake amd not surf but it is still way harder then it seems

I think so to, I can’t push the weight to the front with that long of a pole, so I’m looking into shorting a stock 550 pole or finding another option that might work.

That’s what she said. Anyways, on a serious note, look into RRP poles! I have one on my 550 and it’s sick!!
