Had a lot of car seats. The Volkswagen ones in my 1971 Super Beetle got high marks. Spent a night sleeping in the front seat in Nova Scotia. In the morning my legs were completely numb. I staggered out to pee, thinking I'm going to have to have these amputated before the gangrene sets in. That was 50 years ago, the numbest is gone now. Honda Odyssey 1997 spent a night sleeping in the driver's seat, near Gettysburg. No problem at all. Now I have a Tesla. Amazing seats. Supercharging is a good excuse for a nap. Here's what people need to know: 1. Recline it as far as it will go, put a pillow behind your head. Can you sleep? Great. Good seat. 2. Arm rests. Don't use them! I had shoulder pain for years, finally stopped using arm rests. Arm rests and vehicle bouncing hurts your shoulders. Why do you need to be able to sleep in your driver's seat? (You stupidly didn't use the rain fly....) Seriously, if you ever get the nods. Chin drops but only for a split second..... You actually have absolutely no idea how long you were asleep. Could be 1/10th of a second... could be ten minutes. So any nod means, pull over take a nap. I've been doing this for 40 years, with a pillow and no alarm I'll sleep for no more than about 45 minutes and be good to drive another 6 hours. The alternative can be a wreck, my friend with pins in her back, death. I always have a blanket of some sort and a memory foam pillow. An inflatable one will work. And for your eyes a black t-shirt, nothing else works as well. If on an airline you ever see an insane person with their underwear on their face - that's me or someone who's followed my advice. Whoever it is they are happily in slumberland.....

I love the sound of those seats and they look like one of those things that feel nice to rub or touch for like 6 hours without realising then when you do it’s like that actually felt really nice and do it again or rip abit of to play with in your pocket on your travels or just in the garden or wherever you are when it’s in your pocket :-)
