I'm a caretaker. I always give my kid applause whenever she learned something or did something like counting, singing, etc. It's fun and encourages her to do it again and again which makes the activity engrained inside her brain

Well done, Dad! Lol! 🤣😂 So, just a couple things. First, absolutely amazing parenting! The veggies were easy with my granddaughter, who is about 5 months older than Nala. I mean, she was eating cat poop until we figured out that she was eating it and kept a closer eye on her and put a stop to it. So veggies really weren't a stretch as far as taste, I'm assuming. Second, love the scooter scene soundtrack! Haha! Well done, good sir, well done. Third, I know we ought not to envy, but that's an amazing playground! You have things that can still allow kids to get hurt and toughen up! We (America) have shredded rubber and some weird soft padding stuff and slides you simply can't slide down because of friction, as well as other unnecessary safety stuff. While I do value safety, I also think kids need to get hurt mildly sometimes. It's good for their character! 🙂 Fourth, and I say this with the utmost love and respect, and joy, but your chimpanzee is so spot on you might even be better than an actual chimpanzee! 🐒🐒🐒🐒 Finally, the sleep. Driving truly is the best tool for this job. So good in fact, the last 3 times I went to take her for a ride after bedtime wasn't working, she was out cold before I even got my vehicle in gear! Lol! I drove anyway, just to make sure she was sleeping, but I probably didn't have to. 😴🛏️🥱💤

Somewhere in the middle of the night, I dreamt that you posted this, and I was trying to say that between the curls and the sweet smiles and high-fives, I wouldn't need to eat donuts at the work breakfast. And then, I couldn't post any of that. It's like you took it down immediately😅

Complete Guide To Toddlers, what my Bro needed a few years ago 👀 (Kekw) What a blast to the past, felt like I had barley seen these clips when they were first uploaded. Can't imagine the howtoparents must feel looking over these. I can now share this with another Bro who had a newborn recently so he can prep for the toddler stage. Danke for the compilation/guide. Hope things are going well, Keep It Up Guys 😎 👊

USA (Alabama): Christmas Time is typically two weeks. This two weeks includes New Year’s as well. The kids start back around January 3rd. Summer break here is the end of May through early August. Usually I hear people say, “The kids are out of school for summer” as opposed to ‘summer break’, but I still hear it sometimes. Fall break, and spring break are typically a week.

My dad said when I was a kid I would fall asleep as soon as we got to the house/our street and he would carry me inside and I would kick off my shoes 😂. Your getting toddlers to sleep video made me think of that.

God bless him. When my friends visited with their two daughters who were aged five and seven at the time, the girls were literally tugging a dress between the two of them, because they had purchased the same one, but one had forgotten to pack it. I looked at their father who was texting on his phone, and I said "did you ever wish that God had given you just one boy?" He said "it's hormones. I'm leaving the house when they turn 13, and I'm not coming back until they're 20."😅

@LindaC616 Boys do though? Maybe not a dress but toys, special shirts or costumes. Boys are no different, and sometimes a little harder to deal with as teens. We all have internalized misogyny, but kids are just, kids.
