The issue was not Mourinho the reality was that Mourinho preferred the younger Ozil to kaka. Also Kaka could not play on the wings which was another problem.

I think most dramatic moment happened when Di Maria back from injury in february or march 2012. Kaka and Ozil was delivering but after Di Maria's Kaka was benched completely even was not considered for Sub player in some matches. Kaka was MoM in UCL 2nd round and QF, but he was not played against Bayern in fiest leg; given minutes at very last moment of 2nd leg. Next season (2012/13) Kaka was completely out of news for two months, then he scored hattrick in Santiago Bernabue trophy. Big pressure came on Moirinho to take him with squad and eventually did.
