Ed and Lorraine were very real people. The Annabelle doll really exists, they still tour it around the country. Obviously, how much stock you put into it is dependent on your views of all this, but they really shaped a lot of modern ghost hunting and Paranormal research. They're interesting people.

The thing about young children like Cindy, Christine, and April….they were able to sense everything (April talking to Rory, Cindy sleepwalking, and Christine seeing the spirit in the room before the door slammed shut) because children are more opened minded to these types of things and are more sensitive whereas older children like Andrea and Nancy….they’re not as sensitive, might have 1-2 experiences, but have to experience way more to understand it.

My mother was murdered when I was a child and, 12 years later, when I was 22, I went back to the house where she died. It was abandoned and falling apart. I went in and walked to the back of the house to the bathroom, where her body was found. I could feel a sort of pressure and a wind started blowing and howling through the house. There had not been a breeze outside. I spoke aloud and said that it was me, her daughter, and I wanted to let her know that I was okay. That she didn't need to worry about me and she could rest in peace. The wind died down and I left. I drove by the house 6 months later and the house was torn down, with a new house being built. I'm not a medium, so I have no way of confirming that her spirit is now at rest, but I like to think so. I also have a number of cats whose spirits have stayed with me after they passed. I have at least three and as many as five. I can feel the cats jumping up on the bed and lying down against me. The night after the lost one that I lost had passed, I didn't have any cats at all in the house, but I shifted while I was in bed and it felt like I accidentally kicked a cat, lying exactly where the one who had just passed liked to lay. She was only 5 years old and she had a heart attack. She died in my arms and I think that allowed her to attach herself to me. I've had two cats who were dying from illness and I had the vet put them to sleep. I had my hands on both of them when they passed. I occasionally see flashes of one of them out of the corner of my eye. The other one was the first one that I lost while my hands were on him and the first one that I felt jumping on the bed when the others weren't in the room. I had two others who died of illness while I was holding them, in addition to the one who had a heart attack. One of them had a favorite place to lay on the bed and after he passed, the others wouldn't lay in that spot any more. They would fight over the spot when he was alive. So, I can't really see ghosts like a medium can, but they let me know that they're there.

You need to watch the second! So, empath is someone who can sense energies from others (alive or not). Everybody is a level of empath, like when we feel someone is looking at us and they are actually looking, or when you arrive at someone's house and feel bad or good, that's an empath. Lorraine was a medium. A Medium is someone who has abilities to contact both sides/different dimensions - like the living and dead - by comunicating with entities or objects that are in between (like the photograph, that she touches and see the memory). There's also a Paranormal, which is someone who don't need the other entity to be able to "touch" other dimension. Someone who could, for example, see the memory without the photograph.

Well, the movie had a happy ending, In actuality the exorcism didn't go as planned and the husband ended up punching Ed and kicking them out of the house and the family ended up just living there despite everything still goin on..

The first ghost instance I remember in my life happened when i was around 10 years old. I was sitting in my grandmas living room watching tv when i heard someone sit down on the couch behind me, it was an old couch and make some squeaking noises whenever someone sat in it. I looked at the couch and no one was there. Im 35 now and ive had heard, felt and seen activity ever since.

100% agree, the past year or so I’ve started reviewing movies on Instagram, main point I’ve taken watching more than usual is DONT WATCH TRAILERS 😂 it makes movies so much more enjoyable BUT I’m saying that when the trailer for the Batman part 2 drops I will watch it too much hahaha great reaction one of my favourite horrors !

@ 11:07 - yeah, I am one of those people. Since I was a kid, I can 'feel' things. Actually, it's always been more visceral than I liked. I taste colors sometimes and smell auras. I have a condition known as Synesthesia. Not all people register, thankfully, but sometimes I see shapes or colors around others. Since I was a kid, sometimes I can see auras.

We used to live out in the country in MO. As I would walk to the trailer I would here someone/thing whisper my name from a section of woods, I found out later my brother heard the same thing. I would also be laying flat on my bed and it would shake. Fun stuff

11:06, i don't know if any of this counts but here you go 1. when i was 7 or 8 years old i was laying down on my bed (that was placed behind my old bedroom's door) i closed my eyes about to go to sleep until i felt like a cold shiver down my right side (i was sleeping on my left facing the door) i went to turn around and face the wall but when i opened my eyes i saw this tall dark figure peaking round my door, its face was like a light grey shade and i could see the shadows of where its huge grin and eyes would be, all i remember doing was grabbing my covers and covering my face, then falling asleep like that, its been quite a couple of years later now and i haven't seen it since, but i told my dad about it not too long ago because i knew he has been able to see the dead and stuff like that since he was 15, he told me he saw the same thing, doing the exact same thing it did to me, my dad also told me how he keeps seeing things walk in and out of that bedroom (i moved into another bedroom), but we haven't called a priest or anything because it isn't doing anything harmful and as i said we haven't seen it since. 2. this one doesn't really count but when i was 10 or 11 i was at my grans house, it was Christmas so that whole side of the family was over, me and my cousin where snooping around, we went up to the top bedroom, when we walked in there was this beautiful old vanity as well as a bed that had this old creepy looking doll, i sat in front of the vanity while my cousin stood beside me, then my cousin started screaming and ran out the door,, i was confused so i stood up and turned around, and i swear to god, when i turned around this doll had its face turned to the side, i slowly started to walk towards the door while looking at the doll, it then started blinking and moving its eyes, all i did was keep my eyes on it, i walked out of the room and shut the door behind me, i haven't been in that room since, but, again, i told my dad the same time i told him about the one above, and he told me that doll used to torment him when he was little too the point where he started to kick it and fling it off walls, i think my gran has now gotten rid of it but i don't know, ill find out this Christmas. 3. this one Happened recently, i was in my living room cleaning up (it was during the day), my living room has this weird glass pane door, i went to walk out of the room to get myself a glass of water from the kitchen which was down stairs, i swear to god, i looked through the glass of the door and saw a person with black shaved in hair and a long black coat, they bent down at the bottom of the stairs and it looked like they picked something up, i didn't know what to do so my first instinct was to call on my mum once i did the person stood up and disappeared, i knew i wasn't a living being because i have a dog that goes mental basically whenever someone else comes in the house, my mum was away out and my dad was at work, later that night my mum and dad where in the living room i told them that i saw someone again, my mum who doesn't believe in stuff like this started to joke about it (as anyone would), saying things like "well tell him to do the dishes" and "send him over too your aunties house to give her some company", but her entire personality changed once i described what he looked like, she knew the people who stayed here before us, and i knew they had passed, so i asked her respectfully if any of them died in the house, she then told me that shes sure one of their children passed away in the box room, AKA the smallest room in the house, AKA my old bedroom, and shes also sure he had black shaved in hair. 4. also the other night i saw a face of a woman at my bedroom door, she had a pale white face and greyish brown long hair, but it never came to anything. edit: i now sleep with rosery beads above my bed that belonged to my auntie who used to be a nun, the roseries where blessed by the Vatican. . i also have had the occasional objects falling over and random banging in the middle of the night but that could be anything.

I have well water from the actual house, and a family member grew up near there.

I saw some crazy stuff at my grandma's house when I was little. Ive never liked being in that house, it was always cold even if you turn on the heater, you feel suffocated even though its spacious. And there was a long hallway that lead to the other rooms and the on each side and the bathroom and man, I ran everytime because the hallway was always dark, my grandma would have to buy light bulbs constantly for it. My uncle was an electrician and even he couldn't figure out why that is. There was a small mountain next to the house people can hike up the top but there was always crows circling on top, but story goes thats where the Native Americans did their rituals. And one time while driving passing by the mountain I saw black figures on top of it. There was three of them. I saw and felt so many stuff that I couldn't even sleep at night. So i finally took the ignitive and got baptized but it was just so I wont be able to feel or see so much. When a person is a spiritually sensitive it can be overwhelming. It worked too, cause ever since then i haven't felt or seen much now.

I know I'm late to the reaction, I'm just now finding you. You had asked about experiences, I've had many experiences. Very first experience was seeing demonic looking faces staring at me one night when I was a teenager, and then sensing hands on my throat trying to strangle me. The others have been seeing a translucent woman in my closet doorway staring at me, hearing footsteps and papers being shuffled through when I was the only one there, or someone reaching to grab my ankle when I was sitting at my dorm room desk in college. I've also had some other experiences, but this comment is long enough as is. Great reaction, I'm on to watch your Annabelle reaction and can't wait for Conjuring 2.

Definitely watch the rest of The Conjuring Universe. The movies connect back to each other one way or another, it’s cool. Definitely watch The Exorcist. I wouldn’t call it scary as an adult but it’s definitely disturbing & always leaves me feeling a little exhausted by the end, I think from the stress I unknowingly feel watching it.

I've had a few weird experiences, I have two videos on my channel of some disturbing sounds on our security cameras from my other house, it's over a hundred years old.

I have a good/bad ghost story, depending on who you are… for me not so good. I’m 41 yrs old, when I was 9, myself and my two older sisters were home alone as my mom and dad were at work. We were playing outside. When we looked up to our parents room an old lady with white curly hair and a white shirt with tiny blue flowers and black eyes was staring at us expressionless through their window. We were so scared. I never seen her again until 26 yrs later. My phone’s screen saver was a picture of that same old lady, sitting on my couch. The worst part is, I couldn’t change the picture back to anything else! The picture went away on its own the following morning, nowhere to be found in my gallery. I’ll never be able to explain it.

Ive never seen a spirit or ghost but i can feel them. Looking at me. Its a strange sensation. You gotta remember the holy ghost is real. I feel it too but, in a good way😊

You asked if you should watch the exorcist, and while it is a classic and a good option for halloween reactions, I will say as someone who watched it for the first time yesterday I was kind of bored. It wasn’t bad, just in comparison to movies you get today it didn’t scare me at all. I already knew about some of the famous scenes before watching it and tbh theres probably a reason those are the only scenes that get talked about/referenced lol

As a believer, it is more dangerous to be believing on stuff like paranormal or mystical. It's a difficult challenge for a believer but it is better off for not believing than believing. From a Mexican family, we believe all that stuff because we believe that things like something paranormal, mystical or extraterrestrial have a interconnection for humanity like my ancestors believe in the stars are a example of that question if we are alone in the universe but we are not. Each lifeform have a purpose, either its extraterrestrial, paranormal, cryptid, or mystical. Since I was born, I noticed the world is not what you seem to be. I knew the world is full of chaos but also I notice they are things out there is not normal. You can believe or you could not because it is better off not knowing because you can get hurt. As a believer, I am not afraid of demons because demons are fallen angels who rebel every 200 of them and their leader is Lucifer also known as Samael his angel name

You said it's good that this was done before internet and technology but that only tells me how much you don't watch on KZfaq. There are a lot of channels of people in old buildings looking for and "showing" ghosts. Technology and internet has not diminished the belief or search for these things.

this will turn into a classic horror movie, especially since it's true. an Annabelle-hated message. I've got good news. God is good because He gives His blessings to everyone, whether they be good or bad. but everyone has at least, told a lie, or stolen something in their life. and that makes them sinners, and God will not allow sinners in heaven; in His presence, because He is holy. so, God has to punish the sinners in hell, because God is just. but God is also love and He made a way for some to be saved from His wrath. here are the steps: 1. admit that you're a sinner and are lost. 2. realize that the penalty of sin is death (hell). 3. believe that Jesus (who is God) died on the cross, was buried, then rose from the grave, to pay the penalty for man's past, present, and future sins. 4. trust Christ alone as your Savior, and not on your own good deeds to get you to heaven (nor a combination of faith and your self-righteous works). 5. pray to God NOW that you're following these steps because if you die before making this decision, it's too late, and you'll 🔥🔥😰 6. tell people about Jesus, read the bible, go to church regularly to know God's will for your life.
