If it's about aim of the "product", not necessarily. Her foldable hanger was created for narrow spaces. This one still needs a wider space. BUUUUT I am sure this didn't need a years long journey, to design a gimmick. Because that fold is a gimmick. This design is useful. And That SHOULD make her sad indeed. Especially if remixing is allowed.

I mean yeah, you could go in through the bottom, but my slow brain took WAAY too long to figure that out. If this was the standard, I wouldn't have had so much trouble in the past 😅

Seems like a lot of wasted effort designing something instead of just going through the bottom of the sweater.

The main benefit is that you can take them off the rack quickly by just hitting the release. No need to slip the hanger out the bottom and then out it back on the rack. Just hit release and go

.........no coat hanger made stretched the neck of ANY shirt or sweater that exists. What you do is you insert the hanger through the BIG hole, you know the one at the bottom, at an angle, inserting it into one sleeve, and the you rotate the higher arm into the other sleeve, and center everything......
