The Corinthian Order is one of the three main architectural types of the ancient Greek architecture (along with Doric and Ionic).
The Corinthian Order was an evolution of the Ionic Order and originated in the late 5th century BC and was later widely used in ancient Rome.
The parts of the Ionic Order:
1) Crepidoma (0:24) - Stylobate
2) Column (0:42) - Column base (with plinth), shaft, capital
3) Entablature (1:59) - Architrave with three fasciae, frieze, cornice
4) Pediment (2:24) - Sima, raking geison, tympanum, akroterion
