I really appreciate all of you for helping support me and the channel. It's amazing that I was able to creatively express a terrible moment in my life and it actually made a big difference. The Cosmo actually completely changed their policies regarding vloggers and content creation at their properties because of my first Cosmo video. We can all make a positive difference thanks to the internet if you are creative and passionate enough ❤️

My wife and I still won't stay there when that's how they treat people. They made things right because of his fame and so they can get some free PR from it, but they would never do this for an average person.

Cosmo and Pompsie are right once again. Peace in the world is possible.

Young P! We get mid level comps from there and have stayed 6 times because we love the overall vibe. I did however notice that the last 2 trips the customer service didn't match the previous visits. Your experience, though rectified, has me disappointed in my home away from home. However, we appreciate your insight, and glimpse into a room most of us will never see. Keep up the greatness!

I just got hired at the Cosmopolitan and I have to say they have an amazing company culture. They really base EVERYTHING off guest experience. They train us to really cater to the guest in every interaction. I was shocked by your video but I’m happy the are making things right. Come back during pool season❤️❤️❤️
