After watching Undercover Billionaire with Grant Cardone is when I realized I don't have what it takes. My social anxiety is so bad, I felt sick just watching him put himself in an uncomfortable situation with people he doesn't know. There's no way I would be able to do something like that. I have a hard time being around people I'm actually friends with, much less strangers that I don't know. I can't stomach the feeling of talking to someone I don't know, much less asking them for something. Watching him on that show is when it hit me that I just do not have what it takes. You can teach people a lot of things.....but that isn't one of them.

Look I'm no expert but I know for a fact that one can improve himself in anything that he wants to and once you've made the slight improvement in any area that you choose to then you can realize that you could make a small improvement from that point

Then you have nothing to lose by actually going and talking to strangers and if you did that, and proved to yourself that some slight advancements could be made in this area, you would probably find yourself way more comfortable with your friends and find it more enjoyable as well.

He’s got multiple business the bulk of his income he’s made from real estate, renting apartments but he also makes money from selling courses about how to understand what apartments to get the definition of phrases for the apartments and kind of cheat sheets of what you’ll have to look for when buying real estate.
