This is so spot on for me. 😮I spent so much time on stroke production, movement, tactics, etc. But often have absolutely no answer when my coach asks me “ what kind of ball did I just hit, where was I on the court?” etc. So please, what are some examples of perceptual base drills and tracking base drills that I can work on? Ty!!!

@@thetennismenu Fab! Thank you. As my game has progressed, I am finding it increasingly difficult to be on time with my positioning. Where before it was enough to see the ball crossing the net and then make my way, now it’s way too late, and feels like I need to start moving as soon as my opponent hits the ball if not before 😱
