Thats great piece of knowledge for beginners and intermidiate players. Please share the same details on the tennis court using video animation on a real player , it would help audience to get more detailed version of the concept.

Nadal has OCD and has to go thru his routine and make sure his water bottles are exactly placed in a certain order. Any deviation and it would screw up his concentration.

Spot on. So do you have more content about improving the Receiving part of the game please?

We are currently putting things together around this topic. Such an important part of the game to develop. We have had a lot of requests for information on this so we will put a hurry up on it.

@@thetennismenu Fab! Thank you. As my game has progressed, I am finding it increasingly difficult to be on time with my positioning. Where before it was enough to see the ball crossing the net and then make my way, now it’s way too late, and feels like I need to start moving as soon as my opponent hits the ball if not before 😱

If you’ve seen these two heavyweights going at it in their primes, it really did seem like war. The mutual respect for each other starts on game day, and ends the moment the match is over. But while they’re at odds, it’s literally the best, most intense tennis you’ll ever see.

This is so spot on for me. 😮I spent so much time on stroke production, movement, tactics, etc. But often have absolutely no answer when my coach asks me “ what kind of ball did I just hit, where was I on the court?” etc. So please, what are some examples of perceptual base drills and tracking base drills that I can work on? Ty!!!

Good advice but I’d assume that probably a bit more important is to note what we did DURING the match - attacked net, ignored big mistakes, serve + 1, attacked weaknesses, etc. Sometimes I go through the motions of just reacting from baseline and it’s good enough vs some opponents but not a great strategy.

Poor victim!! Djokovic is the kind of person who knows he will never be remembered as a great person, but only a good player. so he wants to erode greatness of Nadal, Federer and will use all dirty tricks to do it. he has always been that way; not for any reason he is best friends with corrupt serbian authorities.
