Jack Grealish played a vital role in City's treble success but has fallen drastically out of favor under Pep Guardiola this season.
At his best, he can make all the difference with his ingenuity and boldness on the ball. But we can all agree that he hasn’t turned out to be the star man we thought he’d be since joining City in 2021.

I'm not a City fan nor a Villa fan, but Grealish makes me really sad, he was so much better at Villa. He was allowed to express himself and take more risks there. Pep is no doubt a fantastic manager but he also plays football which, to me at least, is extremely boring as there is no imaginative football or players taking risks.

It’s boring only because of how it efficient it is. Teams play 11 at the back against man city, to be able to break teams down and create space it requires that play style

Nah man. All others take risks and he doesn't. He was good at Villa cause it was a bad team. Nearly got relegated. Young and Agbonlahor shined there too. Andy Carroll at Newcastle as well and of course Jesse Lingard in West Ham. Being the best player on a bad team doesn't mean you are good. You are just the best of that bad bunch. Thats what Grealish was. Once he got to a quality team - hr got exposed.

Pep obviously makes world class already winning teams better but i don't believe he makes players better. He doesn't see them as humans but just as robots to control and play EXACTLY how he wants why every game they play is boring with no drama. The players can't express themselves at all. Imagine Cantona,Zidane,Gazza, Scholes and players of the style, that played for the love of football. No e of them players would play for him unless had a Messi type role whilst the others stay in the alloted area and pass how and to who they trained to. Really Grealish is a Manchester United player

Great video! People forget that he is one of the greatest talents in english football history and that was everyone‘s opinion in 2021 Trippier was asked who the most talented players in the squad were and he said Grealish and Foden.

Complete rubbish, his whole game is trying to get fouled! Never seen him make long field balls or score great goals. And he is a complete clown! Going around drunk everywhere and still thought Pep would respect him 😂 Ferguson would of sold him straight away. And he never ever been classed as one of England's best ever players. Not even top 100!!

Pep Guardiola gets three questions about Jack Grealish at every press conference. I'd hardly call him forgotten. I think Jack's downfall started after one of the games late in the treble winning season Jack said City were, "unstoppable." At the next press conference Pep was asked about the comment and he said, "I don't like that." Grealish had a good CL final playing Dumfries of the park, but his drunken celebrations might have been to much for Pep. It looked like Doku would keep him out of the team but his form has dipped recently and a fit Grealish might have won his place back. Listening to Pep answer the questions about Jack I think he will be sold in the summer.
