he comes off as someone who has unprocessed childhood trauma tbh. there is a tendency for people's voice to freeze at the age it happened. additionally he smoked weej and ate lots of food which are common low quality ways of dealing with stress and anxiety. also, no mention of his father in this video, single mothers have a terrible track record when it comes to raising kids. given all this i personally believe he was diddled.

As someone in recovery, weed was the hardest one for me to quit. Not only does it genuinely help my anxiety, but it's not nearly as toxic for your body as alcohol or as absolutely life-shattering as meth and heroin. It's doesn't make people violent generally, and socially most people accept it. However, it is _really_ hard to develop healthy habits when you're smoking all day every day (which is the only way I can smoke if I'm smoking). It's not like this is news but eating healthy on weed is also hard, and getting anything done is hard. It is a great drug if you use it in moderation, or after you've gotten done what you need to, but when you're trying to grow as a person in both physical and mental health I found it really hampering.

Sometimes the only way to help someone is to let them hit rock bottom. My uncle became addicted to crack cocaine at age 16 and continued to be an addict for over 20 years. It was only a near brush with death that made him turn things around. After a bender, he decided to sleep it off in his truck in the parking lot of a convenience store in a bad part of town. Around 3am at night, a man broke into his truck and attempted to steal it. This woke up my uncle who attempted to fight back before the assailant slit his throat and ran off. My uncle drove himself to the hospital where the doctor told him that the man had missed severing his jugular vein by less than 2 millimeters otherwise he would definitely have died. After that, my uncle immediately went cold-turkey, attended a sobriety program, succeeded, and reconnected with his estranged daughter. My father who was an over-the-road truck driver at the time, got him a job at the same company and they spoke every day for the next 10 years. Unfortunately, my uncle died in his sleep from cardiac arrest at the age of 48. The medical examiner stated there were no drugs in his system, but his previous use of crack cocaine of a 20 year period had drastically affected his heart health, ultimately contributing to his death. To this day, he was the only member of my extended family that I enjoyed being around. Although he died young, I'm happy to say that he very much enjoyed his remaining 10 years on this earth while his was clean.

Some incorrect or misleading info in this video: - The "wash your cash" clip is from Josh, Chris' manager from around 2019. His current manager goes by Blazer. The two did not collaborate. The current theory, though, is that Blazer is laundering money through Chris' GoFundMe, since half of the donations are anonymous ones made approximately twice a month, with each of them being $1,000+. With these anonymous high-value donations specifically, Chris has recieved $21,500 in the last 5 months. - The contractors were not Chris' friends, they were Blazer's. Blazer organized pretty much the entirety of the tinyhouse, with the land even being owned by his father. (IIRC) - I don't think Chris has made an effort to quit marijuana use since he was a teen. He is obsessed with it to the point that he made up a religion prominently featuring it. He sees it as his required medicine. - Most of the content Chris has been posting since Fishtank has been produced by Blazer. Chris does occasionally film his own stuff, but Blazer will either film Chris unaware for vlogs, do the directing, and/or tell Chris to act out something that he thinks will get views. While it seems like a good idea from a business standpoint, it kills the appeal that the channel had, reflected by the fact that his chanel with 500k subs can barely crack 10k per video. - While Chris' mom, Susan, might seem like a nice caring mother from the 40 seconds of interview in Full Force, two of her former foster children have come out and said that she was very abusive. Because of the subreddit's deletion, though, it is significantly harder to trace down their testimonies. - Chris did not lose his house (Susan's, the one featured in Full Force) because he couldn't pay the bills, Susan, on her deathbed, gave the house to Matt, because she knew that Chris would not be able to keep it. Matt then fixed up the place and then sold it to a ram rancher, since it was a complete mess. - Letty didn't randomly pour soup on Chris to get revenge, TTS told her about Chris' plan to pour that soup on HER. For anyone that sympathizes with Chris, I understand your position. There have been tragic blows in his life, and he does have features holding him back. However, a person can have these things, while still being a selfish, pretentious, crybully sexpest. Keep in mind that nearly every friend and family member wants nothing to do with him, because of how impossible he is to appease. Once you show him charity, you are now his mommy, and if you stop coddling, he will berate you publicly online and possibly call the police for some "crime" you've committed.

So sad how depression can keep people from doing the basic things that keep their lives functional. That house would've been such a nice home if they'd cared for it.
@yoyobeerman12897 ай бұрын
Yup, that's how it goes. The only reason a lot of people don't have nice things is because they don't want to put the effort into taking care of them. My childhood house could have been a good fixer-upper, but my parents didn't put an ounce of effort into making it that way. By the time I left the place was a shit hole, you couldn't see the floors because of so much trash, and the ceiling was caving in in nearly every room. Multiple broken windows, etc. That was the most impactful lesson I learned growing up. Take care of your shit and clean up after yourself, or else you'll end up living like a fucking animal.

I think the issue is less about mental illness and more coming to the conclusion at some point that he didn’t have to try at life. Then when he actually did need to try he’s unwilling to because he’d become so accustomed to laziness. I’m guessing he formed those bad habits and poor attitude at a very young age, but without being in a position for the consequences to hit him he still naturally projected a positive and likable personality.
