@@bluefirewood Probably because subtitles weren't used in TV shows in Hong Kong, so they had to make Kenny talks unmuffled so the viewers could understand what he was saying.

@@djm334wog I'm russian. I don't know what translation this is, but he said "translated and voiced by Sergey Kurilov in 2006". Audio has poor quality. Kyle and Stan voiced with filters to make voice more high. I can't fully hear what they both sings. I think this translation made in someone's garage or something.

South Park never was dubbed in Arabic, Portuguese never hsd the intro dubbed, and Spanish is in here, but later Latin American left the intro undubbed while Spain had the into undubbed in general
