41:10 Putting aside how the misery made the Cookery videos better, it was just more interesting seeing the somewhat crazy stuff in those actually made. Some of the meals made here lacked the weirdness of the Cookery books. If you could have a "Cookery"-like video where you enjoyed everything, that'd be fine, too. Also, we didn't get to see images/presentation of the food in the cookbook itself, which made it easier to look forward to the result in those.
