I’m the only male in a female majority classroom, some females in my class demand and expect me to hold doors and lift things for them. One asked me if I could tie her shoe because she’s pregnant. I mean she could easily tie it herself or ask her other classmate friends to do it, but instead asks me because I’m a male. Makes me lose respect for females. Talk about feeling privileged

The recording where he asks her to leave after she's been tormenting him for an hour, really does it for me. Her response is "I'll leave when I want to. You really don't want me to call the cops" Johnny says he'll call the cops if she won't leave, she responds "go ahead. Do it. Do it." The thought of a man being stuck in such a lose lose situation with a psychotic woman is heartbreaking. The simple fact that she would weaponize the police, while she's emotionally abusing him, so he can't get away is absolutely vile. I've been a victim of domestic violence and this woman is a carbon copy of my abuser in a female body.

Those are the same guys who get a mistress and tell her they aren't sleeping with the wife anymore and in the verge of the divorce while the wife thinks the marriage hasn't been better. When your partner lays his hands on you and nobody helpd you out of the situation instead of blaming the man you're gonna blame Amber Heard, right? @@Sarablueunicorn Except the "guys who get a mistress" only exist in your head as an excuse, a straw man to deflect blame into, while male victims of domestic abuse exist in *the real world.* You invent a scenario where men are guilty of their own abuse so you can continue to deny men who are targeted for abuse and violence and you don't have to deal with it and You don't have to afford compassion or support to victims because they have a penis. Instead you try to turn the situation around somehow to female victims and try to extort more sympathy point for that narrative. Ignore those men daring to complain, they're all two-timing bastards anyway, right? If we can't shame men out of legitimacy by calling them abusers and rapists, let's shame them by alleging they're disloyal liars. Works just as well. The subject is *ABUSED MEN AND ABUSIVE WOMEN.* Despite your denial, it is a critically important subject and you will not subvert or derail it. I find your emotionally manipulative attempt here almost as reprehensible as Amber's behavior. You were this close to calling abused men "not real men". Wouldn't surprise me if you did.

8:58 The irony of her “tale” of him being violent after taking MDMA, is that during the 90s it was known in nightclubs as the LOVE drug. Users turned into hugging and huggable, dance-all-night happy bundles of joy. Let’s just dwell on that whilst we watch the rest of the trial.

Her acting was absurd. Everyone can see she is acting, playing to an audience... who at this point is sick and tired of the over emotional BS. @@theaverageh7863 I think the reason it is so quiet out there, no marches demanding for Captain Jack Sparrow to be hanged is because even the diehard #MeToo people realise that Amber Heard's performance killed their performance. Up until the point where the hearing started and was live-streamed they might have thought they could making something of it. Oh the haters who will hate will always be there, but most of them will look at the court proceedings and will know - Captain Jack Sparrow killed the #MeToo movement and Amber Heard's acting launched a thousand memes mocking her pooing on the bed and sub par acting performance on the stand. She fired the PR team that Obama had! If Johnny Depp did not have a fan following before, this case would ensure that he will have more fans than the total number of people in the #MeToo movement.

Men are just as believed as anyone else. That's just not a true statement. The Me Too movement is not about not believing men but about holding powerful men accountable but then it turned every woman, even if she consented into a victim just because of the position of the person she consented too. Then it turned into, don't question any victim about their claims and believe every claim of sexual abuse. Though interesting enough, don't hear anything else about that whole Les Moonves situation that just went away.

This kind of crap has been going on forever it seems. About 30 years ago, I was living with a girl that attacked me. I friend of mine got a new car and asked me to go for a ride, about an hour later we returned and he dropped me off. Here she comes out the front door with her friend right behind her. She starts yelling at me. I told her to get out, she came up to me and hit me on the side of my face. Her nails slashed into me and left 3 gouges about three inches long. She and her friend jumped into her car and she drove off yelling she would get me for this. About 20 mins later two deputies pulled into my driveway already to slap the cuffs on me saying they just had a report of an assault on her by me. The moment I turned they saw the cuts on my face and stopped in their tracks. Questioned me about the incident and then told me she accused me of hitting her and her friend was a witness. Now I thought I was going to jail. But instead the deputy went back to the police station and started questioning her and in the end she told them the truth. But this made me realize that things can go really bad, really fast, and to be a lot more careful whom I let in my life. Way to go Johnny Depp, men are sick and tired of always being the guilty part, just because they are men.

Johnny is only in the spotlight because he has the reach, the money for lawyers and court fees, the time, the evidence due to his wrapper of cameras and witnesses... he also has a legion of fans that play lawyer and private investigator on his behalf. All to yet he still was dashed through the mud in spite of his power, reach, money, fame, evidence. The average Joe stood no goddamn chance against false allegations. He was in the perfect position to actually make postitove change, and it's still taking more than 6 years and millions of dollars. I was falsely accused 4 years ago by women I trusted. I WISH I had the ability to fight back successfully like he does. This case is red pilling so many people... including those who just blindly went with the whole " "women are victims" narrative years ago.

Now imagine how many other men are going / have gone through this, but don't have the media attention or money that Johnny has to fight back, and that's what really scares men off. The #MeToo movement had so many problems. It was good in terms of ideology, but bad towards implementation. #1. Believe everything a woman says. ( Can't be done in the system of law and that's not the patriarchy, it's just common sense.) #2. It caused a rift between Men and Women in the workplace. Men refuse to help or train woman, especially when it's physically in the office. Remotely, I just record the entire meeting. Men refuse to show up to team building sessions. #3. It's blotting out the real victims of the problems. For some reason, this movement brought the bar so low, that every women with the minimalistic interaction will get a settlement from the company.

When crying is real: eyes turn red, nose swells (may also tremble), and you swallow alot. Some people may also tremble the jaw. There's is more here than only lack of tears. The whole facial expression is off. As a half-deaf woman, I learned to pay attention to facial expressions and body language. Body language is mostly involuntary. Obviously, actors learn to control it when filming a movie or tv show, but she is not filming anything here. Also, notice she keeps shrugging her shoulders: her body is disagreeing with her words. If I answer "I dont know" with a shrug, my body would be agreeing that I dont know. She is trying to convince us this happened, but her body says otherwise.

Amber H made money from the time she met Mr Depp up until this me too he bet me up moment, while I was basically told that it’s much more difficult to find a Dr than it is to find an RN. I am a female: I always thought about half the women in the Me Too movement were false, from bitter women. They asked one of Weinstein's 'victims' how she was 'raped' by him. She said she went up to his room at 3am, to 'progress her career'. She actually said that. she then said she willingly had sex but regretted it after so that is rape. The thing is I hope Johnny Depp wins so that women will take a step back and actually think about what they are saying to people. A lot of women are responsible for ruining men's lives. We need to teach the next generation of women to be accountable and responsible 50/50. This whole movement nonsense and Amber is an embarrassment to women. I am ashamed to be one in this time.

Even though he's finally winning the court of public opinion, I'm crossing my fingers for a LEGAL win. This would mean the world is FINALLY ready to provide equal protection for ALL victims of abuse, not just women. It would also be a slap on the mainstream media, which continues siding with Amber, despite the evidence against her as well as growing number of credible people (lawyers, DV therapists, psychologists, former FBI profilers, behavior experts) calling Amber out on her bullshit.

I work in this area of criminal justice and think it would be most unwise to assume that a legal win in this case will equate to a global shift towards equality in domestic abuse law. I think that this would be most unfortunate, but history shows that celebrity cases rarely impact mainstream law in the way that you're hoping. It will help in regard to being a reference point for such types of female offenders in terms of mainstream cases, but unlikely much more.
