I was an emotional wreck, I was only able to stare at my support person in the courtroom and yet Amber Heard is able to look not only at The Jury, The Judge, The Lawyers and Johnny Depp her alleged abuser. Amber doesn't seem to realize that TMZ publishing the video 15 minutes after receipt, which only occurs if they have already secured the copyright, proves that she sent it to TMZ. The original copyright owner of the video is the person who filmed it, so for TMZ to acquire the copyright, they had to acquire the video directly from her, and no one else. And if that wasn't the case, her lawyers would be all over TMZ suing them and all trying to strike the evidence as illegally obtained. The fact that they did nothing further proves the point.

The best part is that no one had to point this out overtly to the jurors, which could have caused that evidence/testimony to be thrown out. Depp’s attorneys were very careful about how to word their questions and Tremaine understood not to go there as well.

Let’s keep in mind she never says it was difficult to walk in heels the next day.. that it is difficult to swallow for weeks after being choked, how difficult it was to pee or sit after being sexually abxsed. She never backs up her supposed injuries with the post pain or difficulty of having them. My friend was punched in her face over and over and her cheek bone and nose was shattered. She was swollen for months. Arnica cream didn’t really help. Time was the only thing that healed the bruises. She still has problems inside her nose to this day. Amber’s face has never been punched or hit over and over also JD is right handed …. Her bruises would of been on the left side … smh 🤦‍♀️

That's thing that does it for me, too. Her SA story didn't make sense. She reported slipping all over the floor in her own blood, but then just took a sleeping pill and went to sleep? With all the glass in her feet? And then walked through the airport the next day? She flew home first class, not private and connected to another flight. How did she walk anywhere the next day if her feet were that cut up? And not one person noticed?

Not to mention all the rings he wears. There should be a mark from every ring on her face. Not just one bruise. She said JD split her lip. Yet the very next day there is a picture of her spreading her mouth really wide. If her lip was split, it would have started to bleed again.

It’s amazing how easy it is to fake bruises when you use a “bruise kit”, as ScAmber Turd made the Freudian slip in both her UK deposition and actually on the stand in the American trial. The “bruise kit” is actually a theatrical makeup kit designed to make realistic bruises and abrasions.

Did the audio specify "knife, glass shard, large screwdriver" etc? did Amber testify it was a deadly object like a knife? I didn't hear that part of the trial. I'm quite sure you would be able to tell the difference if someone was chasing you. FIRST, you would SEE the object to fear it! Second, your response would be to fight or run. BEGGING someone to stop trying to kill you doesn't coincide together, my friend. Either the deranged person will inflict some type of damage (cuts, stab wounds, etc). Both sides have their faults and dark sides but honestly she didn’t convince me. I tried my hardest to hear her but too many red flags. One which I can’t really understand is why would some one who was suffering from domestic violence gift a massive knife to her aggressor and then testify that she had nothing to fear. One other red flags was the people that she surrounded her self with, starting from her lawyers and ending with most of her experts. Most of them came through as arrogant and somehow ditched ( like dr Spigel). The way she looked at the jury was scary, I would have felt heiresses. At one point she said that she found the court case extremely triggering but she only sort or “cried” when she was being questioned by her own lawyer, she became very aggressive and evasive when questioned by Vasques. Many of these borderline types do their best to ruin the lives of the people they live with, leave or divorce. @@alexandradixon3775 JD's case was against The Sun though, not Amber and a lot of the evidence he's been able to bring into this Virginia case to refute her claims was simply tossed out by the judge as 'inconclusive' Plus, the police body cam footage wasn't available and thought lost. So it was never admitted. Also the ACLU refused to provide the evidence Amber had not donated the $7mil. Which lead to the judge making that 'donation' a crucial part of the reason he chose to side with Amber. Well that and it came to light Justice Nichol's son was working for The Sun and his ex wife was good friends with Amber so he should have been recused from the case. JD lost the appeal because he was dealing with the same biased and corrupt judge, who retired straight afterwards to avoid any recriminations for his handling of the case. Anyway now the truth is out, Amber may well be in for perjury charges in the UK particularly over the ACLU lie she told over here.

I like that you brought up that as a cross examiner, you need to keep the questions going. That’s exactly what Camille did and it caused Amber to falter. Camille’s questions were so quick and stern that Amber wasn’t able to keep up. Amber’s lawyers gave her plenty of time to think of what they had rehearsed, so she was able to “act” her emotions and think of her answers. Camille did not let her do that and toward the end, you can see the frustration in Amber’s face, you can hear it in her voice.

Let me get this right, you let a diagnosed borderline walk into your courts and lead a judge around by his nose. She then goes on world wide TV and displays ever trademark of a narcissistic secondary psychopath that basically exist. The pathological lying, the exaggerated emotions known as mimicking, the inability to cry, rapidly shifting from exaggerated emotions to calm on a dime, the tell tale smirk, the pure malevolence displayed in the recordings, she has even glitched, on the stand. Actually glitching, the loss of control, “my dog stepped on a bee” and the facial glitch, the pure loss of control. You know why she doesn’t cry? She doesn’t know how. The fake control she tries to express, like her fake note taking. Her notes are mostly blank. The imitation game, she copied his clothes, his hair, she even wore the same pin as Johnny. What kind of idiot judge let that walk into his courtroom and fool them? She’s not even hard to spot. Look at her damn sister, she looks like Ambers pet, she can’t even look at her, always looking down. You can literally see the fear and Trauma flowing off of Whitney. Did everyone take crazy pills? How the hell has she been walking around getting away with it? Look at how she does her makeup, the sharp lines, the blood red lipstick. Gacey was more subtle than this. Here Johnny happy birthday, I got you knife, it says till death do us part, I hope like it, it’s your present. Oh boy I bet she had plans for that. Bet she was a cutter too.

well no, it was a different trail then, it was not Johhny vs Amber, it was Johnny vs the times. Johnny had to prove that the times knew the details were false before they published and that is not something they could have done, they took Amber's word on it and had pictures that supposedly proved her point so in their eyes it was correct and that's all they needed to prove. for Johnny's case to have won in the UK he would have needed to prove that the times knew it was false. the same would have applied in the US. actually, it probably would not even have gotten to a trial in the US. the trail in the US is completely different, as it's Johnny vs Amber directly, and now Johnny needs to prove Amber lied, and by doing so she hurt him financially. which it seems he has done. problem is a jury of plebs now how to decide what to do, that always bugs me about trail by jury, there is no telling what a room full of morons will do

However, Depp's team definitely came into their own especially during cross examination, while Amber's team rapidly declined. It was shocking to see how incapable Amber's legal team is and some of their methods highly questionable. Camille's incessant objections were a gambit, some were even rejected because she wanted to agitate a witness that is known to be volatile and snappy. Hence why some of her objections were overruled. She knew they would be, it was a very smart strategy and her rhythm/tempo of questioning was perfectly planned. Ben Chew has to take credit for assembling that team and their game plan was brilliant. No. Vasquez labors the point, because TMZ won’t publish the video without verifying that it belongs to the person who sent it. Since Amber took the video, she has the copy right. A friend or someone who’s not Amber’s agent wouldn’t given TMZ the right to post it. Instead, TMZ posted within 15 minutes. TMZ would have taken days or hours to research who had the rights. That was the whole purpose of getting Tremaine so that he could explain TMZs process. As far as Amber at the courthouse, that courthouse has a private entrance and exit for public figures. They automatically ask them if they want to use the private entrance and they have to specifically say no. In addition, That building has about 6 different entrances. That’s why Press shows when alerted to what door or etc. Otherwise they’d have to watch all entrances and still wouldn’t be able to monitor the private entrance.

I always told my kids when they were young. If I ask you a question and if it needs a " yes or no " anything else is bullshxt. My daughter learned something very important in her early years. If something bad happened chances are my son did something. As I stood infront of a 6 or 7yr girl and I looked at her mad. Immediately tears started flowing. I couldn't take my little girl upset and quickly went from mad to hugging her. She melted my heart and switch what I was doing

This entire event is such a pleasure for me. Being one who was nearly killed by my abuser, it's validation in it's purest form. There is no line they won't cross, no one is off limits. They follow no guideposts of Law or Morals. They will not stop until FORCED to. Mine even said in Court "I feel like I lost a Mom". If he had killed me, he would have said it then too. Everyone in the room was just shaking their heads thinking the same thing I was. "So, this is what you did to someone you consider a Mother to you". They cannot help but be who they are. They build their own cases, against themselves. The best thing is to take the proof to a Court and EXPOSE THEM.

Camille Vasquez realized Amber is going off on a tangent and stops her there. Psychologists call that word salad where someone asks a question and the person that's answering the questions goes off on a tangent and never answers the question. It's to confuse the person asking the question but I feel because it's a court case, she's trying to make the jury forget about the question Vasquez just asked. I understand that's what narcissists do.

When family and friends tire of challenging an habitual liar, the habitual liar comes to believe they're just that good of a liar and go through life lying. Usually, it's irrelevant because people in their orbit ignore or discount what they say; but, when it really matters, like in court, these liars experience a rude awakening.

You are making an excelent point. As a person who’s gone through DV did I record fights sometimes to have evidence of the abuse? Yes. Was I shaking, terrified? YES. I pressed record and was praying For the best. You always have in your mind what if this time something really bad happens.. and that is gonna show in the recording naturally, not because of acting or making it up putting the other party in a staged situation like AH did in the cabinet video.. Amber did not sound scared, terrified at all. There was one audio where it sounds like Johnny wants to self harm but we don’t know for sure, where we could hear some worry in her voice but she could have been acting since she was the one recording. If you are trying to record someone with a malicious intention of course you gonna stage yourself as the good guy, the worried one, that was what I heard from AH and not the voice and behavior of an abused woman and in no way I want her to represent me and the millions of abused women anywhere.

She's trying to stack two arguments : One is the zero possibility of her knowing how to do it, second is LOWERING the possibility of her doing it this way if she could suggest doing better. She's blindly stacking arguments assuming more is better. What she doesn't realize is that both argument cancels out each other.
