Depends on your unit. My rent is 2200. Lower floors are cheaper... also if your view is blocked by one of the buildings I imagine rent is cheaper

Theeyo Dallas 2200 is not too bad, and yea i can see how lower would be cheaper due to the view. Im probably gonna start looking into moving into that apartment

htx_ enrix you wont regret it. Beautiful rooftop pool and club house... the views are truly incredible... large floor to ceiling windows so you can enjoy the view in every room except the bathroom

Driving in downtown H can be a nightmare sometimes so it’s best to use an Uber imo if your gonna be moving from place to place within downtown.
