Remember this from when I watched it as a kid back in 1974 - it got me interested in all things Draculean, an interest compounded by watching Dracula Prince of Darkness on BBC that very same week and then there was a great article in the Radio Times about this called Dracula Revamped! Happy times...

I loved so much those Dracula lollies. They were great. As were all these old films from Nosferatu through to Gary Oldman’s turn in Francis Ford Coppola’s Bram Stoker’s Dracula. It was a great run. Sadly we’ve not had many good Dracula films over the years. Ah the Seventies a far more innocent time.

Nicolas... I too remember the Dracula Ice Lollies! Black Ice, with ice cream inside and a thin layer of blood... strawberry jelly!

Yes they were tasty, as well as Lord Toffingham lollies too.

The sweet lady at 28 minutes, she has a good grip on what is permissible and what is not. She releases her aggression, or, if you will, her demons, through enjoyable but essentially harmless channels. Smart lady.

Thank you. Really enjoyed Denholm Elliott's reading. Most impressive.

Captures the moment Hammer's school of gothic gave way to the likes of the Exorcist.

+Peter Cushing Appreciation Society I admit to speeding ahead to that very point out of curiosity . A bit of both actually , Understandably upset and worrisome as well . At least she has not taken to a stake in his heart . I hope .
