The DS18 RGB hydro speakers Turn Your Jeep Into a Party!

Күн бұрынIn this episode We had Mark at Nu Image Tint and Sound in Hudson, NC finally install the DS18 Hydro 8" speakers in our Jeep sound bar and the roll cage pods for the rear. We bought the RGB controller for these speakers so now Kim can change the colors of the speakers LED using her smartphone.
They sound good for the mids and highs but they are NOT good for a lot of bass so you'll need a good subwoofer for that portion of your sound.

Thats so cool!!!! Did you put that foam in the back of those 8 inch and did you have to do any modifications to mount them!?

You have to trim the plastic to make the holes bigger.

Hey awesome video. Can you confirm that you mount the tower speakers straight to the roll cage. Did you have to buy the special adapters from ds18?

Ours came with the clamps but it was a jeep show special so I don’t know if that’s the case if you order them.

What RGB controller are yall running ? And are they hard to install ?

Did you use the amp shown at the end for all four speakers or just the pods?

We ran it to the four DS 18 speakers, the factory speakers in front are still powered by the stereo.

Hey Eduardo, These wire up just like any other speakers they only difference is that the have a clamp for the roll bar.

Nu Image tinting and sound but you really just have to trim a little bit of the plastic to make it fit.
