wasn’t even looking for a recipe when I stumbled upon this video. decided to buy the ingredients just in case because you made it look easy peasy to cook. literally have just cooked it for iftar today and my husband loved it. i can’t believe it. this recipe is foolproof. no more spending >$15 on salted egg dishes outside hohoho (made your hotplate beancurd today too hehe)

Sometimes KZfaq gets it right. Thank you for posting this particular recipe on your channel. I happened to have all ingredients and was looking for something that is different and creamy with chicken. My salted egg yokes are of chicken and is the pure cured egg yokes without the whites but I think it will be fine if I reduced the salt.

I would love to make this but I don't have the salted egg yolks 😢 I see videos with regular chicken egg yolks but they bake it afterwards and I don't have an oven either..
