Hey Rollen. I've got a song for you. 1970s Australian Rock. Ted Mulry Gang, "Jump in my car". Would love to see you react to it. It's a classic. Pretty sure there's not an Aussie that doesn't know it. Cheers!

A great Wright/ Young tune among others…..every member of this band was born overseas…. But when they formed they were Australia’s Band….. Harry never spoke a word of English when they started and became a great songwriter…… Wedding Ring, I’ll Make You Happy, Come and See Her, Sad Lonely and Blue, Good Times, St.Louis.

Don't forget that Stevie wright was the first song writer with George young before Vanda ever thought about it. Together Stevie and George wrote most of the easybeats songs for at least 3 / 4 of the album's. Before he was told that the music they were writing was to soft and was not going to be released in the UK. Some one sure dropped the ball on this one. The Easybeats didn't need the dancers, they had Stevie for that he was the one I wanted to watch dance

If the easybeats had of been from England they would of been as big as the stones or the who etc. Being from Australia in those days was a huge handy cap and most Aussies were snubbed by the buck toothed poms
