I made an end-grain cutting board that is popular in Korea. Although the design is cool, people have different opinions about end-grain cutting boards because there are always adhesive issues. No matter what people say, shouldn't I make something cool and pass it by at least once?
Black walnut and ash wood were used, and patterns that create an optical illusion were calculated precisely and attached one by one with great care.
The adhesive used is water-resistant Tight Bond 3, and the finish was applied generously with linseed oil.
It's a bit disappointing that it's a bit thin overall, but that thinness also gives it a slim pit. It took too long to work considering its small size, but I hope that people enjoy this video.
