I got free from actual hard drugs and I can attest that TikTok was another drug for me and I had a huge conviction towards it. I can even say to the extent that God free me from TikTok like how he did with drugs. I can see a HUGE improvement. I bought Christian books to read instead of scrolling. There’s even a SHIFT with my 1.5 year old son. He’s not so drawn to screen time anymore. Deleting TikTok has been much more positive. Also, God is speaking to me and revealing a lot more to me.

I agree tik tok should be banned! I've noticed everyone is so addicted even myself at one point. Many ppl quite there jobs to pursue easy $ .ppl have become lazy.attention span has become short with many ppl even myself due to tik tok. social anxiety has become high due to ppl staying locked away inside on there tik tok.many young ppl have committed suicide due to social media including tik tok.ppl are oppsessed with "likes" hitting over 1million likes.its honestly been a way to distract many ppl from what's Really happening around them. I was under the influence ALL the time and every time I was desperate for God It was shut down because I thought I couldn’t pray. But this was the first step to my deliverance. A younger guy at my work was asked by a customer to weigh up two 8oz pieces of fish and got confused - basically toward the customer saying I don't know what you want.. He went up to another younger guy in my department and told him about it in complaint - and they were both saying wow what's wrong with that customer just say what you want. I had to explain there are 16 ounces in a pound so 8 oz is half a pound ---essentially he wanted a pound, , and the reason he probably didn't order one pound is because he wanted a half a pound, wrapped and priced, and another half, wrapped and priced. Perhaps he was buying one for someone, and one for himself. My first thought was this guy probably sits on TikTok scrolling all day. Like how do you work in a fish department weighing up meat all day and be confused by that. And the kid he was telling this to had no idea either. The other kid works in produce where strawberries are 16 oz and carrots come in a 1lb bag... Apparently he didn't realize that's the same weight. Mindblowing.

I inactivated my Tik tok account two weeks ago because I was watching hours of Christian content shorts and Holy Spirit revealed to me I was actually replacing hearing from God myself, with hearing God’s word from others! Also I started to notice, I was speed reading the Bible or skimming over due to my attention span was getting shorter! You are right on and I thank God for revealing that to me My son told me yesterday he deleted his account too because he didn’t like how it was over saturating his flesh with half naked girls causing him to never feel satisfied with the woman his in a relationship with now God is amazing and thanks for sharing 😊

Plus I just type it in and it goes right to it. I would struggle with the pages with the actual book lol thanks for the tip though.

I’m not a fan of TikTok either… BUT, I believe that parents shouldn’t allow their kids on TikTok, and adults need to do better to control themselves when ingesting these things. I totally agree with you Isaiah! I had tik tok for a while. I finally deleted the app because I caught myself scrolling for too long and too often. I started feeling a little addicted so I deleted it!! So terrible for children. The fact that children want to take their life if tik tok is gone says a lot. I first time I downloaded Tiktok in Ghana I uninstalled it in the same month. As a believer in christ it was so annoying. Absolute waste of time and addictive.

People are misunderstanding what the bill they're passing is saying. This isn't a TikTok exclusive ban. The bill is stating that if you are a social media website or a website or any other form of internet commutation that is ""contributing to a foreign adversary"" that they can ban you. That law is so vague and so easy to be misused, this bill will most likely be used as a form of silencing individuals who don't agree with the government.This law is basically patroit act part 2. I can possibly see this being used to silence Christians in the future.Look, I hate Tiktok as the next guy but this isn't going to be good for us if the government can just silence us.

That's pretty cool, never signed up for Tiktok, I saw the commercials when it first started, I was like.. "bro get that out of my face lol" When youtube shorts was implemented, it does give informations quickly though.. if I wanted in depth on a video I would try to find the longer version, I would rarely scroll down to see other shorts, unless I accidently scrolled down.

I’ve had to get rid of many social media apps when I started to realize my mood was getting affected and worse my sleep. Which in reality I was turning into a zombie without realizing it. So I just stick to KZfaq and the channels I find interesting. With at less actual facts, appreciate you.
