It's Doctors like these who are willing to examine the fascinating possibilities of Cannabis and it's compounds that are paramount in the future understanding of this extremely complex plant and our symbiotic relationship with it. So thank you doc and whoever contributed to this and future research with Cannabis and the compounds fabricated by it for all Our health purposes.

Believe it or not… this doctor is actually 20-30 years behind on cannabis research. Cannabis is only schedule 1 in the US because it can single handedly flip big pharma on its side. We have helped so many people with diseases that “they” claim can’t be cured or properly controlled using cannabinoids.

Ah.... the calcium channel on the pre and post side are not influenced by one another, so post synaptic synthesis continues, which possibly allows for the endoexo effects being found.

The saying "Those who know don't tell, those who can tell, don't know" is a proverb that has been attributed to many different people, including Laozi, the founder of Taoism, and Confucius, the founder of Confucianism. The saying means that true knowledge is often tacit, or unspoken. Those who have true knowledge do not feel the need to talk about it, because they are content to simply know it. On the other hand, those who do not have true knowledge often feel the need to talk about it, in order to convince themselves and others that they do know. The saying can be seen as a warning against the dangers of false knowledge. When people talk about things they do not truly understand, they can easily spread misinformation. This can lead to all sorts of problems, from personal conflict to social unrest. The saying is also a reminder that true knowledge is often subtle and difficult to express. It cannot be easily captured in words or concepts. This is why those who have true knowledge often find it difficult to tell others about it. The saying is a wise one, and it is worth remembering whenever we are tempted to talk about something that we do not truly understand.

The question of amount of opiate use with combined use of cannabis has not been clearly established.

Hi! I'm a bit late to all this. I'm 50 and have EDS, fibromyalgia, on TPN (iv feeds 7 x week. Have been on morphine and clonazepam for 10 years. I started trying medical cannabis and my morphine use just went down naturally. I was on 1,500 mls a month. I do still do still need a low dose of 2.5 ml - 5 ml occasionally if I get a flare but I'm not needing more than about 40 mls a month which has changed my life. I take a tiny amount of cannabis oil 1 - 3 x day and vaporizer I use 0.1 g 3 x day and 1 dose of the night strain and just feel so much more well. I'm not saying it's for everyone but it is worth looking into. Hope you get some relief 🙂

I'm surprised you didn't bring up the CBD grapefruit comparing. how CBD alone can inhibit the cytochrome p450 enzymes.

The only issue I have with this information… it is based upon low doses of cannabinoids… not 1,000s of mgs for certain medical applications. To say Cannabinoids can not effectively alleviate severe acute pain is false, it just happens at much higher dosages… which seems to be an avoided topic for some reason…. Except from by Cristina Sanchez. This also doesn’t account for the magic of transdermal THC products on dermatome points… which is extremely effective against neuropathic pains that can not be touched by traditional medicine. It also can absolutely replace chemotherapy… if they let them test much higher dosages. And I got up to over 7,000mgs post Cauda Equina Syndrome… to act like it isn’t effective is beyond bs. Every cancer responds, choosing proper strains with proper terpenes for cancer type is key. Theory… cancer is a disease of the endocannabinoid system.
