Ces montres sont tout simplement magnifiques. Et, en tant que méridional, j'apprécie dans les propos de F.P. Journe cette pointe de musicalité du midi qui "empègue" le palais.

Very fine watches. But at these prices, I would definitely buy Patek Philippe and Audemars Piguet.

He means to say that for the investment your dollar is spent better with a brand that appreciates, like Patek. AD does not however.

Joel Steinke Thank you for your elaboration. I might also add, to me the history (pedigree) of the manufacture is also very important. But I'm not here to judge. It's just my point of view. To each, there own.

you're right on the money. I love the design of FP Journe, they are truly gorgeous. But for 50k buy a Patek.
