Cream cheese 600 gr / 21 oz.
3 eggs.
Sugar 120 gr / 4 oz.
1 teaspoon vanilla extract.
Mix well until a creamy mixture is formed.
18 cm / 7 inch shape.
Place in the preheated oven at 180°C / 355°F for 50 minutes.
Strawberries 300 gr / 10.5 oz. You can use frozen strawberries.
Sugar 60 gr / 2 oz.
Cornstarch 15g / 0.5oz.
Butter 30 gr / 1 oz.
Cook over low heat, stirring occasionally, for 10 minutes.
While cooking, add 30 ml and mix well.
Allow the cheesecake to cool to room temperature before removing from the pan.
