Hello and welcome to our launch of The Farmers Market Summer Cooking School, brought to you by Ken Haedrich, dean of The Pie Academy. Since we started our live online classes at the beginning of the Covid pandemic, we've had many calls for more and more live classes, and on other topics in addition to pie making. So here you go. Starting Thursday, June 15, we're holding a 7-week series of classes on Farmers Market Cooking, highlighting the sort of recipes and dishes we all crave when the best local produce comes to market. HI Ken - just wondering how this is different from your Harvest Baking School? I sent you a note/question about that too awhile ago - not sure if you got it. I was trying to decide between the two costs,,,, thanks ! Greg

Hi Greg - Several differences. The Farmers Market Summer Cooking School is a series of live, 1-hour, online classes. If you can't catch them live, they'll be archived and available on-demand. Healthy Harvest Cooking is a pre-recorded course, with short 3 to 5 minutes videos for each segment/recipe. That, and the recipes/subject matter is different with each. Cheers! Ken

By the way - I am deciding between the 2 cost levels for Harvest Cooking School - the reason I would get the one with a talk with you would be to discuss tips you have that helped you get healthy and lose the weight - since we are in the same age area that might be helpful to me - if you don't really get into that - then I would get the lower cost.... hope that makes sense!

I suggest getting the base course and working with the recipes; you can always upgrade later if you think a conversation would be helpful. Ken
