Thanks to your old video on the antler mounts. I've done a few and they came out great. The first time I tried the glue method and I got glue all over the place. A staple gun with short staples worked better for me.

I'm not a hunter, but I've found a new hobby because of your channel. I was able to get some dead heads, and sheds, and a cat and raccoon skull. I learned the whole process through your videos. I've been able to make some really nice pieces for home and as gifts. My basement looks like I'm an avid skilled hunter, but I barely know how to even load a shotgun. Haha, anyway thanks for teaching someone a new hobby. I feel taking the time to make them into art is the perfect way to show respect too. Love your art, and thanks again.

I must say, you make it looks easy.. I did my first one yesterday. My local store had plaster of Paris but not and kinds of in mixed cement. Go figure. So I just used the plaster and I'm happy with how the form came out so far. I'm planning on wrapping it today. But you deffintely make that forming look easy. It took me a while I think I had it a bit to runny at first. Oh well that's how you learn I guess! 👍

I agree 100 percent. Even though I have taken a few nice deer, I still enjoy looking at my many spikes I have taken when I was young over the years. People often say look at all your trophies. I tell them, they are not trophies. This wildlife art is a three D picture of experiences in my life similar to a photo album. It brings back great memories of my past.

To help with the cracking I take the shaped board to a belt sander and round off all corners and edges in the direction of the mold. Then I put a small piece of wax paper to help release. Then I cut away the excess with the file I use to shape. As soon as Im done shaping I start rubbing water on the mold with a paint brush to slow and strengthen the cure. The strongest concrete cures under water. Then last, the next day I put super glue on all visible cracks. But now Im struggling with getting the leather to fit how I like so Im going to experiment with wet molding leather. Thanks for all the help and videos I would not have mad it this far with out Whitebone creations. Thank you

Just by looking at your display at the end of your video you could put NFL logos on any one of them at the customer's request and it would be badass You could call it your NFL line if your customer would be interested... Just an idea.. I think when I try mine for the first time I'm going to put a patch on my leather for which I'll have to glue on after the leather is stretched onto the head portion.. of course the Green Bay Packers.... The more I watched it the more I wanted to do it right then..😂 Thanks again for the great vid
