I really like both of them but Hong Beom Seok is real winner for me. He is so strong yet calm. I love how he analyzes strategies well under pressure. But congarts to Amotti, he is young, fast and fierce.

The first season finale was more about outlasting your opponent this season was more about straight up beating your opponent like the death match think this was the perfect way to end it can’t wait for next season

It wasn't perfekt, at all, they made the bar able to go down and up, meaning height will play a big big role in it. Hence amotti won, imagnie a 6"6 vs 5"8 in that final...

The tactic here was simple. pull the bar down and push with the bar down. the opponent would have to push upwards and it would be more difficult. I think amotti Saw that when he win the his first time.

Yeah, just like how the Boem Seok dropped the weight all the way down when doing the squats to put less stress on his thighs and lasted longer than Andre. Like the other commenter insinuated, Boem Soek would've done the same if he picked up on it first, knowing how he's been playing for the other rounds

@ammszz5939 Nope, Boem Seok most likely wouldn't have passed through to the next round if he had done squats like the other 2 did. He let the weight fall all the way down to put less stress on his thighs. It wasn't the first time he used tricks and tactics to move on through to the next round. Knowing how he's been playing, there is no doubt he would've played the same way Amotti did if he realized it sooner, so Amotti is the true winner. He played fairly throughout the whole show compared to Boem Soek

The final game is not entirely fair. The heavier and taller player has an advantage because you can push the pole on your side down, lowering your center of gravity.

Nope, They all went through rounds where each one had more of an advantage in and Amotti passed it all because he was more well rounded and that's what the show is about, finding out who was the most physically fit. Amotti pushed the log forward and down, so on the other side log will go up made Boem Sok lost his control of the log.

Okay, but Boem Sok dropped the weight all the way down when squatting, which made his thighs less tired. Andre might've very well outlasted him as well. It wasn't the first time he cheated the game to move on to the next round

@@FEDailyGameplay well im saying Amotti cheated. Or used a cheap trick to win unfairly. The difference between your comparison is each contestant couldve used that squat drop strategy in that contest - making it fair. For the final challenge, only the heavier contestant can employ that strategy. Like see saw, once the heavier person sets down their weight, there's nothing the lighter person can do. And seeing as HBS beat him in round 1, the only fair round without a use of a cheap trick, it's very clear HBS was deserving of the real winner of this entire season Amotti didn't even come close to HBSs strength in that first round. He also couldn't beat HBS in the treadmill. Then he also lost at the maze and pole hug. .

It was really good but I can’t say I’m a fan of the winner only because of his pride he’s a bit full of himself he always screams the right thing to do is say congratulations to the other person he just screamed to celebrate in the guys face and he’s done it every single time

Nice season. Congratulations to Amoti! Is there no triathletes in South Korea (The guys who are making triathlon for example ironman or ultratriathlon)? I would like to see in the season 3 one of them. In ironman we have to swimm 3,8 km, than to ride a bike 180 km, and after that to run 42, 2 km. The best of us are doing it under 8 hours.

that log should be stay straight not loose up and down. 2nd and 3rd round Amotti push log down and other side went up. its very hard to push if the log is on upper body. i believe in term of strengh Amotto lose this fight.

I need to make a statement and criticise this show! Especially the finale! One game before you measured the hight of the contestants because body height makes a difference. In the finale the giant metal beam was tiltable!!! This made it not doable for Hong Beom Seok! In the first round it was clear he is stronger. Then Amotti finds out you can tilt it and wins. I was so frustrated by this fact because it was a finale against eachother in body (not like the first season) and you just allowed it to be unfair because he couldnt use the tool right!! My winner is Hong Beom Seok! He was a beast right from the start!♥ Oh and.. my other critique was the german dubbing... they made it so worse using "youth language" or "influencer language"..real bad

When I saw the cage in the finale, I first thought was Thunderdome--Two man in, One man out (from Mad Max fame). And it did not disappoint! Alas, we finally have a winner worthy of the title The Best Physique. This wiped away last season's disappointing finale ... and the world is round again!😀

...I very much appreciate this season2 than s1,it is really battle of agility, endurance,stamina,flexibility, strength and of course IQ,each quest is designed to measure what I mentioned above.I love how the final 4 have the same body--- leaner with no difference in muscle mass and height, which says so much about over all physical performance .As a person who have a background orthopedic and sports med,you need proper amount of muscle,fats,bone density, even body h20 and salt for your body to function properly combined with conditioning before doing a gruesome and taxing physical activity The final quest is designed to be decieving--- simple, easy on the eye, but done without proper using of the muscle group and without strategies--- it will f*ck u up big time.Big applaud to the director and writers the final quest for the final4 because it was meticulously studied,designed and fitting.Among the muscle mass, "skeletal muscles" is prone to fatigue easily which is highlighted in the final round --- deltoid, biceps,tricep (R1 turso grip) sartorous,gluts,hamstring (R2 squat reps)...R3 final uses pectorallis,rectus abdominus,obliques,trapezius and latissimus dorsi. HB and Amotti no doubt equal--- both posses lean muscular body in the same weight category with strength, stamina and endurance to boot,its just a matter of strategies in the end.

despite the final quest involving strength, endurance and strategy were also necessary. I think the previous games had focused on endurance too much compared to season 1 for example

no way the egos and drama would be ridiculous. Thats one of the best charms Physical 100 has imo, they arent trying to one-up one another. They're really nice and supportive. Of course there's some that aren't like that but the majority are.

You just know there's gonna be an American version of this show. And they'll screw it up. They'll have someone like Nick Cannon on the side of the games giving annoying commentary and reactions as the events unfold. And a pair of C-list celebrity hosts in a box above the games continuously giving obvious play by plays while cracking stupid jokes. And 30 camera angles flashing cuts all at once. And paid audience members told that they'll get on TV if they really bring the facial expressions/reactions out.

Also another thing is that hong got an advantage of being able to push from the right hand side two times coz thats gon be a more comfortable angle and side to push just like using ur right hand for writing but nevertheless amotti won wow
