Play as Mineko, a curious girl who has just arrived at her new home on a struggling Japanese-inspired island at the base of Mount Fugu. The superstitious locals on the island worship the Sun Cat, Nikko. What was always thought to be a long-told myth has the town puzzled, as sightings of Nikko have begun to surface among the residents of the island in recent days.

i might be a bit late to the party to get a response. but when your using the saw bench to make the windows. how do you do it. everytime i line up the white line with the saw and press A it just lift the wood and nothing happens.

Sorry can you explain what you did to chop wood? I’ve been struggling to figure it out.

Absolutely! And, fwiw, this is the way that the other chopping/mining mechanics work as well! (This is using the Xbox controller, but even though buttons may be different, timing should be the same!) Hit "A" to open the mini-game menu - then don't press anything! Wait until the white dot falls to the bottom -- once it's overlapping the bottom (darker) circle, press and hold "A"! You'll see the bar start to fill upwards. Let "A" go once the bar overlaps the (slightly shaded/indented) circle in the middle of the bright green area. Hopefully that helps! Let me know if it's still not clear, and I can make a quick short to demonstrate! :D

Spoilers! Do you know how to get rid of the agents in town with the Nikko plushes? I assumed you just have them to the agents but no such luck, and for the life of me I can’t figure it out.

At least during my play-through, as soon as I made the number of Nikki plushies required, the cut scene automatically triggered! If you’ve made the right number, I would check to make sure they’re all the same quality level, as it seems like some of the quests only counted as done (for me, at least) when the items were all the same level. For example, 5 Perfect quality plushies instead of 3 Perfect and 2 Normal quality. I’m not 100% sure if that would be a blocker, but it’s worth a try if nothing else is working! 🙏🏼💕 Hope that helps!
