An fx8350 is still nice to have as a cpu for low end build. Especially as a media desktop.

Yeah if it something you already have but I still feel like a 3000g is a better basic media desktop cpu, low wattage and an igpu that can do 4k video playback

I had an FX-8350 back is August and upgraded to an i7 4790, the FX wasn't not bad for an old CPU but too slow for RDR2

Ah yes, the AM4 A6 APUs. For some reason AMD thought it was a great idea to release a Bulldozer based processor on a platform which basically saved them. At least it didn't hurt their reputation too much since basically no one bought them.

I remember the old A10 APUs… could play BF3 on medium settings well over 30fps.. I thought it was quite impressive at the time
