He is a paraplegic due to panic in a face off between massive opposed forces of war. Where he took an accidental bullet to his spine, due to Magneto's momentary fuck up. The entire thing, is monumental. The X-Men. Are colossal. As a schizophrenic, Professor Xavier is the evidence I have to prove not only is the world a good and holy place, but he is me, in cinematic prophecy. Fantastic work. SOOOOOOOOOOOOOO... much better than horrendous, gritty, vile, and indecent gangster movies by Martin Scorsese. The X-Men movies wield my biscuits, they really do. So much knowing. So much understanding in allegory for the struggle of truth. So much beauty in real and rendered visual field. So much staggering power, in genius of creation, to make the world better. Amazeballs from start to finish. Fantastic.

He cannot read and control all the minds across the world on his own That's why he needs cerebro to amplifyi his power but even apocalypse could amplifyi his power. Imagine if Apocalypse was increasing Charle's power, he could read and control all the minds easily without using the cerebro, that's could also be the reason why Apocalypse would not do such thing because he would be in big trouble against Charles and which is why he wanted his body for that power and control all the minds across the world.

I agree. But its for a reason. Xaviera mind is so strong...if written correctly...thered be no story arc. Whats the use of ANY power or talent if someone can mind control you to their whim or desires. Marvel never really touches its potential...except with Moondragon putting everyone on a planet under her thrall. Xavier can do the same. DC once had an arc where Superman was being controlled by a vill. Shit go soooo bad that Supes damn near killed Batman, was trying to kill Wonder Woman and would have...if Diana hadnt killed the villain who was mind controlling Kal El. Now, imagine the Phoenix Saga if Jean solely used her mind control powers, amplified on a multi universal scale by the Phoenix Force???! Jean couldve shut down EVERY thinking being in existence...with just a thought. Only the tribunal, beyonder, galactus, or a mind stone wielder wouldve been left standing. Control the mind, you control EVERYTHING.

idk if he was the one who actually died because remember those team were the illuminati from different universe because captain marvel was a different captain marvel as well as captain America it was a woman instead so I don't think it was this charles who died maybe one from a different universe / multiverse and the world they were in was 838 universe bc remember what Dr strange girlfriend said so you have Wanda 838, zombie strange etc. my opinion because I don't think they would have killed THE X-MEN Leader

Agreed. That's why I refuse to watch a second of that garbage movie. Professor X is my favorite X-Men, and how he's been treated, intentionally changed, and perverted into a bad man instead of a beacon of hope is more telling of the writers than anything else.

I was disappointed to see him die so easily in doctor strange. I really expected his character to put up more of a fight. What was shocking is that in logan he is strong enough to control the horses with his mind; but could not beat the scarlet witch on the Astral plane where he is supposed to be at his most powerful.

EWW CinemaSins DSMOM CinemaSins-I can still hear the cheers in the theater but I honestly think the scene will come to be seen as the worst Christmas ever imagine you get every single present on your list even the limited edition ones the ones that no one else liked or the ones that were murdered by fonka Johnson and resurrected by Brian Singer all of them you get to play with them for a while but the next day your parents hide all the presents in the basement and don't tell you when you're next able to play with them then instead of hiding all the presents in the basement the parents burn them all in front of their sobbing kids Th3Birdman-oh so you're on that side of the argument day you know the one with ridiculous people on the internet criticizing this movie for killing off these characters completely oblivious to the fact that this movie deals with the Multiverse it literally confirms the existence of these characters in the MCU and lets you know they're coming Earth 199999's version of these characters were not killed I'm just gonna go off script here and go on little tangent this is ridiculous for a lot of reasons uh mainly because they literally show you Thanos in this movie you know uh the other movie we saw Thanos in Infinity War are there two Thanos oh mind blown right you people are ridiculous sitting here saying oh this movie sucks because we killed the Fantastic Four in the [Music] end seriously dude it's a Multiverse movie they're literally saying there are multiple versions of these characters you idiot they also kill Thanos we saw a whole nother movie where they killed Thanos a whole different way do you get it

Charles against the Avengers you ask? Nothing is faster than thought for humans and he can just "turn-off" the brains" of every member in a millisecond. Second, he can simply control one of the most powerful and have them do the dirty work. Or just stop them all from taking action and just kill them one by one. There is no contest unless you surprise him.

100% FACTS...That why it annoys tf outta me that in the movies...he gets nerfed so badly. Dude was able to talk to Lil Landra...in another galaxy. If Chuck wanted to...he could sit on the toilet end any conflict...but it wouldnt sell comics. Just once though itd be nice to see him check em all. Nowadays, Marvel make him take a dive so others can shine. Aint no way Wandas insane azz could defeat Chuck. Her cohesive thoughts were never a match for Xaviers trained mind. Its bad writing. Like, how the heck didnt Xavier know about his own son??? Again, one took a dive to give the othercan upstart.

I love that Prof X was finally introduced in the MCU and also his iconic floating chair (though the chair was effing huge and almost covered above his waist. If I remember in the comics, it's just right under his waist). What I didn't like was how Patrick did the finger to head acting. I thought it was too much and not at all subtle just like in the comics or 90s animated. He even went and pointed his finger at Scarlet witch when he when into her mind. It's just too much and it looked more corny than epic.

@@nahuelamolto3369 nonsense in the comicbooks Psychics are the only thing that frighten reality warpers. Xavier was removed by Wanda in House of M because of his powers. And Legion imprisoned the psychics in Age of X. Besides Wanda can read minds but isn't a psychic. It's magic, it's totally different. Magical mind-readers in Marvel comics can read minds but it's an on-and-off thing for them. It's not how their brain works on default. Xavier, Emma Frost, Jean Grey constantly hear all the voices around them and must consciously choose to NOT listen. Magic users like Doctor Strange and Wanda must consciously turn it on. A world of difference. In the astral plane Xavier would have obliterated Wanda! In the comics he is in the mind of every world leader and could just make them push or prevent them from pushing the doomsday nuclear weapons button whenever he wants. It's just bad inaccurate writing! Because they don't know what to do with them otherwise. In the movies they make psychics seem weak but im the comics they're on another level.
