The old stuff, when in the right hands, is just as mind melting as the new stuff.

Yes Rick, please do an Essential Bobo routines.I agree with your last few statements.The classic routines found in Bobo's are not widely experienced/seen by most spectators.When i started getting into coin magic,the whole coins across concept was new to me, and these routines are a lot of fun to perform and even use as practice warmups

Thanks for sharing. The Modern Coin Magic is a great book. The tutorials that you put out on the tricks from the book helps visually of the handling, timing and such. The book is well illustrated also. I recommend anyone getting into coin magic to get this book.

My first coins across was Brian Gillis coins across. Unsure if it has a name. I did it for years. But then when I started doing other coins across, it now seems very weird to start with a couple coins in one hand and 3 in the other. Seems so much more logical to have all the coins move from one hand to the other.

Do you keep your coins in one of those bead organizers? I do. Looks like you have one on the shelf in the background. 😂

Good eye! Those are mostly random Chinese coins, old Johnson coin gaffs, clad halves and dollars, etc. I have a nice little case for my silver stuff and Okito boxes.

So, you drop the last coin to your lap? What if, when it drops, making a noise and drop on the floor. ?
@RickHolcombe8 ай бұрын
Just practice. It wont fall on the floor, it's a short distance to your lap.
