So essentially, Roxy had her own mini “Dungeon Meshi” arc.

Roxy’s depiction of meeting her fated husband was in season 1 and she predicted it perfectly.

I mean Rudeus said he wanted her when he was younger AND SHE SAID VERBATIM: Say that again when the years pass, hilarious how that went full circle

He does mention he smelled her or something. Mentions smells and sound (like he heard her screams too). But does say he isn't sure. That he could just feel it.

Also I love the fact that her teleport looping is another type of foreshadowing

I think I have some explanations for how Rudy found Roxy, starting in the order of the most plausible: 1. At least in books, Hitogami explained to Rudy that he couldn't kill him by normal means because he has a "strong destiny". Roxy also has "a strong destiny", so this might have been how Roxy survived. Also a note here, Rudy shouldn't loose anyone if he didn't go to Begarutt continent, meaning that somehow Roxy would survive even if Rudy wasn't there, showcasing her "strong destiny" again, which is basically explained plot-armor, a power above Hitogami. Maybe Paul party would had found Roxy a bit sooner without the manual of Rudy by stepping in a random teleporting circle that would lead them to Roxy. Anyways, it seems that, no matter what Hitogame does, Roxy and Rudeus are meant to have a very strong child. 2. He could subconsciously feel her mana, or maybe her feeling trough her mana, although we never see this, some notably people were able to "sense" Rudeus huge mana pool, so it might be possible to feel others mana, but you need a lot of experience to do this intentionally. Yes, you can argue that Kishirika used the magic eye of magic detection to determine the mana pool of Rudeus, but Orsted also noticed that he has a lot of it, and he doesn't have any magical eyes. Badigadi also seem mindful of Rudeus mana-pool, although you can explain again that if Kishirika first told Badigadi about Rudeus. 3. It might be a side-effect of his eye of foresight. Maybe he saw for a fraction of a second an image where he either saved Roxy or found her dead, or both, but in the same place, and he didn't realized it was from his eye of foresight. After all, if he uses it to see too much into the future, he would go crazy with all the information of all the possible outcomes of the persons who didn't yet made the decision, but the one constant in all that was that he was present in that room with Roxy, and maybe some self-defense mechanism in his brain filter that information out and provided it as a strong intuition. 4. Roxy somehow used her Migurdia powers to send a brain-wave that, although couldn't be read by other people, provided Rudeus with the intuition she is in danger. Maybe she can only transmit raw emotions and that one was powerful enough to be sensed by normal people. There is a hint that, although she can't communicate with the other Migurdia, she can sense when they communicate, so maybe there's something more to it. bonus non-plausible reason: his religion, faith in Roxy-God, somehow become reality in the verse. You know those animes where if you believe in a God you will make it exist, something like that.

It felt like divine intervention for sure but considering how he was getting that full waft of sniffing it really did just seem like his overexposure to her relic allowed for him to smell her lol

Also a neat detail I thought you would say in this video but didn't, is that Roxy thought Rudy used a king or higher spell, the ultimate zero freezing spell instead of a simple Freeze Nova, because everything has freezed to the bone and not superficial, but later when she asked about that the dwarf said it was just a freeze nova. Meaning Rudy did a freeze nova so powerful that seemed like the ultimate zero spell

But the entrance is closed because we didn't see the hidden teleporter yet until Rudues destroyed the wall. So either that news was fake, there is another entrance or dungeons in Mushoku Tensai are like the ones is Dan Machi? Was this explained in LC or manga. Worth mentioning that Roxy always fantasized about being rescued from a pinch in a dungeon by a strong adventurer and falling in love with him. Something that (if I remember correctly) she had logically given up on, but still held a slight hope for. When Rudy came he not only saved her life, he also fulfilled her fantasy.

Oh man, it's pretty save to assume that Roxy would have died if Rudi decided to stay at the university. I hope the mangod was just messing with him when he said that he'd regret going to the labyrinth and that nothing worse than Roxy dying waits for him in the next couple of eps.
