@@detmaz A) Maybe so that the player doesn't get hate / harassed due to people witch-hunting their accounts and harassing them about the fact that they faked a speedrun... That's actually an EXTREMELY common thing to do, hiding people's names. B) Who cares, tbh? If you don't like it, leave, but these videos are funny to watch, even if they're staged.

Let's be honest, this type of content is getting repetitive by now. The KZfaqrs take speedruns that were obviously made as a satire of actual fake runs pretending to not be fake. Meanwhile most of the KZfaqrs that do this content don't even know basic stuff about the game itself.

First time I played Minecraft I spawned into a village. Made a nether portal,went to the nether and a few blocks near me was a fortress. At the time I didn't know about speed runs or anything , but I'm pretty sure it would've been a record if someone with basic knowledge on the game would've played it.
