Lol I killed a villager because he has a fortune 3 trade and I went to go get my emeralds and he switched to unbreaking 1 while I was getting them. I was so mad I just switched to afk fishing for enchanted books.

Dark I tried but he wouldn’t change his trade even after I destroyed his lectern, and I didn’t trade with him at the start. By the way, I already got fortune 2 from AFK fishing for a few hours

@@lizardsempire5770 Always have Tier I items to lock their trades in on-hand, and you can always reset their trades by changing their workstations until you get the trade you want. No reason to rage-kill and the time to afk fish and getting the enchantments you want is far greater than getting them from Villager trades.

@@lizardsempire5770 You can only reset trades during certain times of the day as well. So if you spent a few more hours fishing and got another Fortune II book to combine it with the other one, the Enchantment costs will go up as well. Take a bit of time to save yourself a lot of time and grief in the future.

You should start with the mob museum building something like a zoo/dungeon for mobs. Don't forget that Halloween is close so the skeletons and other rare mobs will appear.

I'm that one guy that buys sand from the wondering trader and glass from villagers because I don't wanna destroy an entire desert just to get enough sand for projects. I won't do the same for gravel though. I didn't know you can get golden carrots from trading now! That's a game changer!

Great fence gate technique that i use is a fence gate on the ground, a pressure plate on the inside and another fence gate above the pressure plate. You can add another fence gate behind the pressure plate as well for mobbed buildings. One click entry, full coverage protection.

You could repurpose the old trading hall as a small outdoor ampitheatre. Add a stage and maybe wings/backstage. Use scaffolding as maybe rigging or a frame for the psychlorama!

It looks like you will have to create breeders with transportation for each of the biomes. Also; I haven't seen anything about Nitwits not being able to spawn. And converted zombie villagers do seem to have their trade costs permanently lowered, with gossiping temporarily lowering prices in an interactive environment. Was just wandering which sources that you were referring to. Thanks.

Useful fact: you can buy 4 glass block from librarian for 1 emerald and you can sell 4 glass pains for 1 emerald to cartographer. 6 pieces of glass will cost you 1.5 emerald and you can sell it for 4 emeralds

Zombie villagers do not share their cured-gossip in 1.14.4 anymore, but they will remember it themselves forever without it getting less. All other types of gossip will degrade over time.

I don’t believe this is correct. I have a survival server in 1.14.4 with villagers and they do not seem to increase their prices over time.

@@FalseLi3s previous to 1.14.3, positive gossip didn't decay at all. In 1.14.3 it got changes so that all gossip decays, even cured zombie gossip. And since 1.14.4, cured zombie gossip is the only exception that never decays... but it doesn't get spread to other villagers anymore. bugs.mojang.com/browse/MC-154929

6:03 “[Lilypads]’re not really renewable right now except for the wandering trader” They’re available in fishing. I think Mojang wants to do *something* to make sure they’re still fairly obtainable even in 1.16 when treasure fishing is harder, but even in the snapshots fishing for them is probably better than waiting for the trader. The *sand* the trader was offering is actually not otherwise renewable, but there’s a huge enough supply it barely matters.

Hi Pixlriffs! Now that you're exploring other versions of the game as part of your series, like the week you spent in Bedrock edition, would you consider attempting the skyblock mods and tackling those achievements? I myself recently started it as a break from the regular and I have to say its quite challenging but fun. For example dirt is one of my most precious resources and I hoard it like nobody's business.

Might be a dumb question, as I know you’re really busy-and you must get a bunch of questions like this. But if you’d like, would you like to join me and my friend in our Windows 10 version? We’re kind of just like a laid back kind of server. It’s just her and I. I’m mostly on, since she works a lot. Now-our server is NOTHING like yours, but it’s nice. The most broken trade in the game right now is the librarians bookshelf trade! 1 Emerald for a bookshelf, and you can sell 1 book for an emerald (after you have cured them of course)

LilyPads can be obtained from fishing, so they are renewable.

For a farmer you can do one red with a yellow flower and a red skull, that makes a wheat like pattern.

I have several stacks of lily pads from accidentally breaking them while exploring swamps, so I wouldn’t consider them rare, but I am a little surprised bone meal doesn’t produce more. Unless you’re planning to carpet an entire ocean, is it really necessary to need more than a couple stacks? Btw, if that nitwit got put in the attic, did he get name tagged as Quasimodo? Lol!

How about for spare villagers you apoint some as iformation desk workers or security and toll booth booth workers. Put some in small constructs like.food truck or a flea market booths.etc...

So I had a butcher, fisherman, cleric and shepherd that all got zombified. I cure them all and then maxed out their trades but now they wont refresh even tho they’re boxed in next to them. How do I get them back?
